Great staff and place

Everything excellent, comfortable rooms, amenities as advertised on the page, spacious main kitchen, many green areas where you can be. Elena's attention was very pleasant. Josue was very attentive and always available for the door or anything else that was needed. The only uncomfortable thing is that people pass by because it connects to another house and you don't have 100% privacy, but everything else is excellent, we would go back.

I really liked the accommodation as we had flexibility in check-in and check-out, and the pool was heated and in excellent condition for the entire stay. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a speaker in the garden and a blower (from the market) for lighting the stove. Apart from that, I recommend the place 100%. We will repeat.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

The place was excellent, better than I expected! I felt like I was at home! The place was clean, with everything you need! The host's attention was 100%! I would really come back again!

The house is very nice and the spaces are very spacious, as shown in the photos. It is very clean and equipped, it has everything you need to feel at home and spend a few very pleasant and comfortable days. I really liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, which makes the stay much better for everyone. The palapa space is very nice and comes with everything you need to cook there too. It wasn't very hot, so the pool didn't get very warm, however, the water was nice until about 5 or 6 pm. Maria Aurora is very attentive and the attention that Almendra provides is exceptional, she is very nice and helps you at all times. We only had one issue with one of the bathrooms in the bungalow's bedrooms, because it was very difficult to flush it, the button got stuck, other than that our stay was excellent, thank you very much for everything.

Sandra was very nice and communicated very well with me. The house is beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Regarding the accommodation, it was very comfortable, the rooms and bathroom were clean, the pool was clean and the water was warm, in fact we were able to put our 8-month-old baby in. They respected our privacy even though at times there were more people, who were kind at the time, as were the people who clean. The dogs are locked up, they don't seem to be aggressive, the only thing is that at night they bark a lot and don't allow a total rest, although perhaps they are there to provide greater security. In conclusion the house has everything you need to feel comfortable, it is clean, it is safe, as well as the area looks quiet, however at nights the heat of the day is a little enclosed and the fans are insufficient to be able to cool and the noise of the dogs does not allow you to have a total rest.

The house is very nice, better than in pictures. The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

Best place to Rent! I go twice a year

Viole is a great host, it was a wonderful time to rest, just like the photos, that's what it is. It is an extremely private place, extremely quiet and there is a very good connection with nature. Viole was helping us with some issues that she resolved effectively and made our stay very pleasant. The place is a little hidden, but with Waze you get there because you get there. Thank you Viole for everything!!!

We were invited to return, both OSCAR and LORENA are excellent hosts, always attentive to our needs with quick and very warm responses, especially LORENA, who was the one we had much more contact with and whose treatment filled us with confidence to ask for help and support without hesitation. At the end of our stay, Oscar had time to sit with us, asking for suggestions to improve his service for people with mobility issues, which we greatly appreciate.

Excellent accommodation option, it exactly meets what it offers and you feel at home, you have all the services at your disposal which makes things much easier, the pool always had a pleasant temperature. Sorry for the late review but we had to get back to our regular schedules but our review is as follows: We had a comfortable stay and we were able to walk to our Family and Friends to their locations. All appliances worked and we were able to make our meals with no issues. Swimming pool was great as the weather was warm the days we stayed. We had a Great stay and do recommend this location. La Casa del Elefante is one of those treasures that changes your life when you find it!! The property in real life is 1000 times better than what you can see in the photos, the spaces of the huge garden, the main house like the bungalow, the game room and the terraces are beautiful. What I value most is the state of conservation of each of the facilities, everything looked well-kept and it feels like it is constantly being renewed. The fact that each of the 7 rooms has a separate bathroom makes this property perfect for large groups, the pool area is worthy of any beach hotel Finally, Lucia's and Cesar's service were among the most cordial, understanding and kind. Casa del Elefante undoubtedly became the favorite destination of my family and my entire group of friends!! Highly recommended

Wow! One of my favourite air bnb finds ever! Cristina, Robert and Jennifer are wonderful - warm and super responsive. The villa is full of history, built with love and looked after beautifully. We loved the neighbourhood and the nature all around in the garden and by the communal pool. Elegant but not pretentious, comfortable with intricate authentic details from local artists. We will be back for sure!
