Incredible stay at Jody’s, the location was incredible at the foot of the mountains with views down to the lake. Jody had lots of great recommendations, including great hikes and good restaurants in town. It was the perfect place for us to unwind after a big hike, the spa pool was a huge bonus! Thank you Jody!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless and full of thoughtful details that made it feel extra welcoming. The design is unique and adds a lot of charm. I especially loved the outdoor bath—it was such a relaxing and luxurious touch. Richard and Edwina were warm and generous hosts. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

This place was the best accommodation of our entire 2 week trip! It was well thought out and had everything we needed! Our kids loved the toys provided and had a great time! We’ll definitely choose this place again when we are back in franz Josef!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, small cottage nestled in nature. It was cozy and warm, with plenty of firewood provided to keep it naturally heated. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, even keeping us company during our stay. The cottage is in a peaceful, secluded location surrounded by fresh air and greenery — perfect for a quiet getaway. The host also gave us great recommendations on nearby places to explore. We truly enjoyed our time here and definitely plan to visit again!

The place was a cute little place that was in an excellent location. It was handy to have a small kitchen & mini fridge to make easy meals. The bathroom was large and nicely decorated. We really loved the hot tub and sauna. The area felt like a spa.

Great cosy property with magic views set in very beautiful high country area. The house has an easy layout,beds are comfy,great deck,and good covered entry. Hopefully we will be back at sometime.

Great place to stay whilst visiting mt hutt! The house is everything is states and super cosy. Robyn was very helpful, would definitely stay again :)

Very cozy and nicely furnished cabin. We were positiv surprised, it was better than the photos showed. The location was great, Ōkārito is a relaxed place. We went on a great bird watching boat trip, which was a few minutes walk away. Also a great location for e.g. Franz Josef Glacier

Comfortable and stylish. Nice to arrive to a warm room. We loved the electric blanket on the bed and cozy bedding. Everything very clean. Height was ok for us, but if you are tall you will need to beware of the ceiling upstairs. A good spot if you are staying in town and visiting the pools. Thanks
