Savvy Blue King Suite : No cleaning fee

1 King bed guest suite with private bath. Living area with sectional sofa, TV, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. This is a private unit with private entrance and HVAC controls. There is a full flight of stairs leading to the balcony entrance. The balcony is shared with the adjacent unit. Please note there is adjacent unit and you may hear noises from the guests next door. If you a sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this. No children !!
