House vacation rentals in Fort Kochi

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Hosts were wonderful and super helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and the house is larger than expected. It has 4 bedrooms, each with individual bathroom. The house is a bit far from fort kochi itself, but the perfect location in the backwaters.

We had an amazing stay at this property for nearly three weeks. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a longer stay. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool – perfect for cooling off in the Kerala heat and a great space to relax. The location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, while still providing a quiet retreat from the city bustle. Our host was exceptional – living nearby, they were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed and at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient base in Ernakulam. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at Camper By the Bay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This property is truly second to none—the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. My family had such a great time, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy yet comfortable getaway. It's a fantastic spot for families, kids, and even small parties. The views from the balconies are so peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Camper By the Bay!

A superb location in front of the river, a nice room, a comfortable bed, a good wifi, a kitchen with everything you need, and a very sweet host. This place is perfect..... hope to comeback soon

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

Had a great stay while transiting through kochi at this bnb, the house is beautiful and has amazing vibe!! Must visit. just a little feedback since we were visiting from Canada and use airbnb.ca with no previous experience in India. One thing we noticed was direct messaging on number through host which didn’t sit well initially cz that’s private info, and when we asked for troubleshooting some issue during the stay it was great that the host came right away but didn’t leave once issue was fixed, felt weird being in the space with someone around. I think it was not malicious intent but just something to improve on privacy!

The location is amazing, immediately next to and with a great view of the Periyar river. The villa is large with 5 bedrooms with attached toilets and AC, with spacious living, dining and kitchen. It has a pool with a large lawn and open spaces. The 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the villa have the feel of a traditional 'Nalukettu' kerala house with lot of wood works. There is a caretaker staying within the property available for assist. Food can get delivered to the property with Zomato or Swiggy. There is a good sea-food restaurant 'Al-Saj' close to the property. The host, Roshan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very good accommodation and kept very very clean. Was very comfortable and also easy to checkin. Location is great and would go to this place again if I visit Kochi/ernakulam again Having a mini kitchenette with wash basin would help so guests can wash any utensils or fruits etc instead of using the bathroom

The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. The property was just the right place for our requirement, i had gone there with my friends for a wedding. The place was spacious,clean, in the center of the city and all facilities were provided and the best part was that we had full freedom

The place was exactly as described and filled with complete with extra complementary beverages and snacks in and out the pantry. Peaceful place that is rich with greenery and the Chalakudy river by the walking distance from the house was a rich experience for us as a family. Ajith Sir was there throughout attending to our needs and request with kind manner. Overall, the place was calm, peaceful with greeneries and the people in it. Will return again soon!

Vibin's homestay is quiet place and greatly accessible to airport. His father would greet you with a great smile and take care of you. Its accessible to city and good restaurants nearby. Vibin is extremely helpful and responsive, he can help you to visit nearby and far places and has excellent recommendations. The house is extremely beautify and very modernized. I have been visiting his homestay yearly as my vacation spot since 2024

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Firstly, I liked the house for the budget and I texted the host... host was very sweet helped me with early checkin and I am very happy for that the location is also very good u get uber and just walkable distance to metro and u have everything in house this was a best stay for us we was family and they give us the vishu payyasam which they prepared at home which was very delicious all good... I just checked in and then I called them only to say that we are checking out coz, everything we wanted was in the house

We found Girlie's Villa to be clean, tidy, comfortable and perfectly sized for a family of four. We could tell while checking in, that the hosts go that extra mile in keeping the apartment in good condition. It's a newly constructed property, in a calm neighbourhood, close to the city and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and well-prepared kitchen. The hosts were accomodating, available at all times to answer our questions quickly and had provided absolutely everything we needed, down to laundry detergent. We had a comfortable stay and hence we will be back, Girlie's Villa...

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

Kiran and his caretaker Sadhanandhan were super helpful and responsive with the check in process and they made sure we were comfortable and felt right at home. The stay was breathtakingly beautiful and serene, making it the perfect place for a large gathering for my friends and I.
