Sidhant was a great host and responded to all of our needs quickly. Perfect for 2 large families enjoy time on the lake! We were able to dock our boat. Water depth is great here for boat and swimming. Dock was not far from the house as most others can be at Lake Lanier.

Great stay, would stay again! We stayed with three kids and felt the space was extremely private and we enjoyed the amenities - lake access for fishing, the pool with a slide and the hot tub! We grilled out multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor space.

Loved the house, especially the porch! We brought our boat over and it was very easy to dock the boat. Beds were comfy and house is very relaxing and spacious. The walk to and from the dock was a challenge for my mom, who is 74, but she made it. Would definitely return to this house!

We had an issue with the AC upon checking in, Tan said he would send someone out to repair. When we returned it was fixed and house stayed cool. Plenty of space for larger family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. House was as described. Game room was nice. I would stay here again!

A fabulous stay with every imaginable amenity imaginable! I highly recommend staying with Cleves for the immaculate accommodations, ease of communication, and wonderful sense of humor. There aren’t enough good throngs to say about this home. You won’t be disappointed!

This is actually my first BnB review, which is my way of saying it was worth the review. I have absolutely never stayed anywhere as clean as this one. I feel as if I need their cleaners info! I am a consistent overpacker due to fear of not having an item I need. We could have left half of our belongings in the car because so. much. was readily available to us! So many little things that you wouldn’t think to offer but were so amazing to have which truly makes the place well worth the price. Owners were responsive when needed but I can’t think of any need you’d have that was not already here! I could see this being a perfect place for couples but it was exceptional for children. Toys, books, safe bedding, even a Nugget! I have been blown away. This trip was not convenient for my husband but I talked him into coming. Later, he said he wished we just lived here! We will be back- without a doubt. Perfect long weekend to relax, unwind, unplug, and spend time with family. Thank you again!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

We stayed at the apartment for a visit to Truist park and some of the surrounding areas. Apartment is very convenient and in a nice location. Walk to the ball park about a mile away. Clean and easy to get into and out of. Loved the Braves decor. The noise from the upstairs neighbor is noticeable. We also had some odors from a neighbors recreational use in an apartment near by on both nights. Those things did not detract from our stay, more annoyances. Will stay here again if given the opportunity.

Chris was an excellent host. The home was beautiful and clean. We were very close to where we were going, Riverside Preparatory Academy. I would recommend and return.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

Just wanted to say whenever I visit Atlanta without the kids I will always choose this place. Also, I just want to say I had ran into a lil error trying to get my vehicle registered & ended up getting booted. When I tell you guys he went out the way to make sure I didn’t have to come out my pocket, he did !!I absolutely love the way the situation was handled 👍🏾 but from the view, to the balcony, the bed everything 10/10 must try

This is our second stay here in the last year and We LOVE staying at Christian & Chelsea’s place. It’s our favorite AirBnB in the area! Everything is great and the location is perfect. The mall is down an exit. Walmart is about 6 mins away and so are a few restaurants. Chelsea is a great host and everything we needed was all there for us. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for our weekend stay on the outskirts of ATL. We felt private yet were only 5 minutes from almost anything we needed, like dining, coffee, etc. We took advantage of the spacious area with large kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made the stay that much more peaceful for our family. The hosts were the best, with quick and flexible communication and directions. Calisto’s places served. I really enjoyed the quaint , quiet & peaceful surroundings. However when you leave out of the neighborhood everything is at your fingertips, including restaurants, shopping & major highways! The furnishings and aesthetic were immaculate. And great communication from the host at all times. Highly recommend & Will definitely stay again.

We were super pleased with the home and location. We were down for a baseball tournament in East Cobb and it couldn’t have been more central to the fields as well as lots of restaurants and attractions. Home was super clean and spacious. Our three families had plenty of room for ourselves as well as communal areas for people to hang out together. The pool was delightful. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The host was super friendly and accommodating and very communicative. Checked on the pool a few times during the week, which was appreciated. hope we play another tournament down this way so we could try to stay here again!

The home is clean, modern, and easy to get around in. The kids enjoyed the game room (ping pong table and pool table downstairs) and use of the private pool area. Having TVs in every bedroom was helpful, especially with children of varying ages. Lots of seating available in the kitchen. Our host was responsive during our stay, taking the time to check in with us and answering our questions. The home is surrounded by big trees and greenery. If you are traveling with children bring mosquito repellent. Good experience overall, would stay here again.

Great place for a group off-site. Spacious and close to the part of Atlanta we wanted to visit.

I've stayed in Airbnb and other properties around the world. This property is most definitely at the top of the list. Kimberly was a wonderful host and communicated clearly and promptly. Her house is nestled in a beautiful gated community with lots of wildlife and great scenery. The house was stylishly furnished and had every amenity that one could possibly want. There was a wonderful coffee bar area, plenty of cookware and table settings. The living room has a beautiful deck where we saw deer most every day. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and bathrooms clean and sanitary. There was nothing that we need that wasn't already there. I would recommend this property highly to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The property was just as described and then some.
