House vacation rentals in Forsyth County

Great location and great home. We’d definitely come back. Great spot for multiple families and kids. Walls were a little thin but also the house wasn’t so nice we were afraid for the kids to be in the house. Pool heater didn’t work while we were there which was a big disappointment except for the kids that got in, but host tried to remedy and reimbursed us some of the cost. Would come back.

It was very convenient for where I needed to be. It was very nice, good yard for the dogs. The only thing I was disappointed in how it wasn’t cleaned. The dish sponge was already very used, the hand towel in the down stairs bathroom looked like it had been used, the upstairs bathroom had toothpaste spits on the faucet and we picked up our dogs poop outside and put in the trash. Whoever was there before left a used poop bag in the flower pot right by the back door. I hate to say a lot, because all of that I cleaned myself. But I thought what if the owners are paying someone to do the cleaning and it’s not being done like the owners thought.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a home-away-from-home experience truly stood out. If you’re seeking a serene and well-appointed place to stay in Suwanee, I highly recommend this basement apartment. It’s ideal for both short-term visits and longer stays.

We stayed there during my wedding weekend and it was absolutely amazing. the home was beautiful and the host was very flexible with check in. It was amazing and we would definitely stay there again!

Booked for a family retreat and overall we were pleased with the property and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is charming and very cozy. Well equipped with everything you need for a good time and plenty of space. I will say the hot tub and pool were big reasons that we booked, but the hot tub had no heater. And while the grounds outside are beautiful, there’s no shortage of moths, frogs, and mosquitos. Never seen so many moths. Literally hundreds waiting at the back door. I’m from Georgia suburbs so I’m no stranger to nature. Overall, I would recommend a friend to book the place!

Brian’s place was great. Pool area was beautiful. Unforeseen events caused us to cut the trip short but Brian was very accommodating to our circumstances. Thanks Brian!

This is our second time staying here as we were in town for a dance competition, great home and not too far from town, we will be back if we come back to this competition next year. The host of very responsive when question where asked.

This place was simply awesome . Better than probably how the pictures reflect . It has all the amenities and games to keep a family very well engaged and have a great time .

The place was great. Everything was very clean. The bed sheets and hand soap smelled great and I don’t think I’ve ever pointed that out in a review. The kitchen was very well stocked. The big tv was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy as well. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Location was great on Lake Lanier. I loved swimming in the cove. Water was so warm but, not too warm. I fully recommend Jeff's BNB.

Kelsey was a great host! Sweet and always attentive. My husband and I just sold our family home and our daughters are off to college. We were looking to rent a lake house for a few weeks to decompress after the big move and while we waited for our year rental to be ready for move in. This was a perfect lake house to do that! We will definitely be back in the future for a little weekend get away ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very welcoming, clean, fully stocked with all necessities, and in a great location. The house is just as described with plenty of space and amenities, however, there is no washer and dryer. It is noted that they are not available, but that was difficult with rain and a lot of wet items so just be aware. The walk down to the dock is on a steep slope, but worth it. The dock was very nice to have both shelter underneath from rain and a top deck for sunning. Overall, this is a great location on the lake and convenient to stores, ect.

This is the second time we've stayed at Billie's place. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Billie was always available to answer questions and has a delightful sense of humor. Billie's place feels like a home away from home.

Dena was a wonderful host. My son was getting married and we rented her space for our side of the family. Her home was very spacious and a perfect spot to host a groomsman brunch. Dena left flowers and balloons for the newly weds and was very accommodating to our early check in rewriting help with our busy schedule. We would highly recommend her home for larger groups.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. Short driving distance to restaurants.

Glenys place was perfect for my family. Everything was super clean. Glenys is very friendly and fast responding to all the questions. My family and I love the place and will definitely be back again.
