Tutto perfetto! Appartamento pulito e spazioso, in pieno centro perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Un po’ scomode le scale per salire (secondo piano senza ascensore) ma per qualche giorno si possono fare. Francesco è stato sempre molto reattivo, disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (ci serviva un lettino per la nostra bimba). Consigliatissimo!

Il Giardino del Uglivi is really a comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and everything was perfect. The description on Airbnb is exactly what we saw during our stay. Two big bedrooms and a huge living area. Perfect bathrooms! It’s important to mention the garden. It was so good for our kids. They enjoyed the playground and the table tennis! About the location, it’s a 10 minute drive to Cortona. But for those with children, Camucia has great playgrounds around 3 minutes by car! Don’t miss them! Certainly we will come back to Giardino del Uglivi as soon as possible!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum alles war perfekt, das einzige war der Weg dort hin sehr enger und steiler Feldweg, aber sonst war sonst war alles top 😍👍🏻

Esperienza impeccabile, appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato. Bellissima la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godere di uno splendido tramonto. Emanuele poi si è dimostrato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile (per dirme una: ci ha anche aiutati a trasportare la spesa dal parcheggio fino all'appartamento, è stato come incontrare un amico di sempre). Consigliatissimo, speriamo si rivederci presto in futuro

The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Casa Betania è un'incantevole casale su due piani, a due passi da Recanati, immerso tra le colline marchigiane. Oltre a poter godere del grazioso appartamento situato al piano terra si hanno a disposizione ampi spazi verdi all'esterno dotati di comodi tavoli in legno dove poter mangiare e amache per rilassarsi. I proprietari di questa splendida tenuta sono Glauco e la sua fantastica famiglia. Persone molto disponibili e cordiali che ci hanno saputo fare sentire a casa. 3 chicche che non ci aspettavamo e ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso: - una piscina fuori terra molto carina che d'estate è sempre ben gradita; - un cabinato da sala giochi all'interno della casa che ci ha rievocato bellissimi ricordi dell'infanzia; - due galline che ci hanno donato delle uova fresche gustosissime. Insomma pienamente soddisfatti!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Die Landschaft und die Umgebung sind beeindrucken, die Aussicht ist großartig, die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Wir haben ruhige Tage am Pool genau so genossen wie Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (zahlreiche schöne Städtchen und gute Restaurants) oder ans Meer (Küste ca. 50 Minuten Fahrt). Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, alles ist da, was man braucht. Ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen - in der Küche problemlos selbst zubereitet und auf der Terrasse (das Haus bietet mehrere Optionen) genossen - herrlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio war immer freundlich und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
