Deliziosa casetta vista S.Montano

La villetta, a metà strada tra i centri di Lacco Ameno e Forio, è un'oasi verde di relax per coppie o piccoli gruppi! E' composta di un'ampia zona living, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort, bagno con cabina doccia, patio superpanoramico e giardino. La nostra 'casina degli ulivi' si trova in una zona dell'isola particolarmente verde, silenziosa, amena e residenziale. Risulta essere particolarmente adatta ad ospitare una coppia o una famiglia con bambini, che vogliano godere a pieno della tranquillità della zona senza per questo rinunciare alla vicinanza al mare o al centro. La casa infatti, pur essendo su di un promontorio panoramico sul Monte Epomeo, è collegata tramite un breve sentiero alla spiaggia di San Montano (sia attrezzata che libera) e alle famose piscine termali del complesso Negombo ed è a cinque minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di San Francesco e dai centri di Lacco Ameno e Forio. Si tratta di una villetta singola, con giardino privato recintato, patio attrezzato, doccia esterna e possibilità di parcheggio esterno auto-moto. All'interno si divide in ampia zona living-notte finemente arredata e super luminosa, cucina attrezzata e bagno finestrato con cabina doccia. Gli ospiti potranno usufruire in maniera esclusiva della villetta e del giardino e del patio attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, panchetta e lettini da sole. Inoltre, da fine maggio fino a settembre, gli ospiti potranno godere dei frutti dell’orto a KM0( Pomodori, zucchine, melanzane, insalata, limoni, gelsi, nespole, fichi ecc) presente nella proprietà. Io, Rita, insieme ai miei figli, abitiamo nella proprietà adiacente la 'casina degli ulivi' e saremo quindi sempre pronti ad accogliere i nostri ospiti e a rispondere alle loro domande ed esigenze. It is composed of a large living area, a kitchen equipped with all comforts, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a superpanoramic patio and a garden. Our 'casina degli ulivi' is located in an area of the island particularly green, silent, pleasant and residential. It is particularly suitable to accommodate a couple or a family with children, who want to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area without foregoing the proximity to the sea or the center. The house, in fact, despite being on a panoramic promontory on Mount Epomeo, is connected by a short path to the beach of San Montano (both equipped and free) and the famous thermal pools of the Negombo complex and is a five minute drive from the beach San Francesco and the centers of Lacco Ameno and Forio. It is a single house, with private fenced garden, equipped patio, outdoor shower and possibility of parking outside the car. Il est particulièrement adapté pour accueillir un couple ou une famille avec enfants, qui veulent profiter pleinement de la tranquillité de la région sans renoncer à la proximité de la mer ou du centre. La maison en fait, en dépit d'être sur un promontoire surplombant Monte Epomeo, est relié par un chemin court à la plage de San Montano (tous deux équipés et non liée) et de Negombo piscines thermales complexes célèbres et se trouve à cinq minutes de la plage San Francesco et les centres de Lacco Ameno et Forio. C'est une maison individuelle, avec jardin privé clôturé, terrasse équipée, douche extérieure et possibilité de parking à l'extérieur de la voiture. A l'intérieur il est divisé en un grand salon-séjour, finement meublé et super lumineux, cuisine équipée et salle de bain avec cabine de douche. Vous pourrez profiter de l'utilisation exclusive de la maison ainsi que du jardin et de la terrasse équipés d'une table et de chaises, d'un banc et de chaises longues. De plus, de fin mai à Septembre, vous pourrez profiter des fruits de KM0 (tomates, courgettes, aubergines, laitue, les citrons, les mûres, les nèfles, les figues, etc.) présents sur place. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island.
