Vacation rentals with a patio in Fonte Nuova

Overall, we were very satisfied. The listing matches the photos and description. The apartment was well maintained and clean. Gloria was very eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She was happy to give helpful tips and was easily accessible throughout the stay. She also made it possible for us to check out later. The accommodation is well connected to Metro C. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get to the central station (Roma Termini). Many thanks!

Matteo's apartment is extremely clean and with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay! It is also easy to use the transportation to go to Termini, from where several other transportation options leave for various parts of the city! I highly recommend Matteo's apartment! Perfect place to chill before going to the airport. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's mportant to know that the main bed is upstairs but the bathroom is downstairs so if going down stairs in the middle of the night is an issue for you, keep that in mind.. We found a cute place on the beach for coffee in the AM. Great host, very responsive. very safe building. perfect for Rome airport.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Fulvio’s Airbnb provided an amazing and affordable place to stay in Rome with great restaurants surrounding it, the place is a bit far from all of the touristy spots but with cheap public transport and the peace that comes with being away from tourists it was well worth it

Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Rome. The house is decorated so appropriately and the location is great! Really liked staying here.

We had a comfortable and calm stay. Everything clean and equipped with everything someone you're looking for to feel at home. While it is 1 hour away from Rome the access is easy from Termini station from where you take the metro to do the whole tourist tour. There is also a bus access option. Good value for money. Very attentive hosts.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.
