Wow, what an amazing experience! What amazing Hosts, Lucilia and Anna. The pictures told half the story of the apartment. Very clean, spacious, up to date with the technology; YouTube, Prime etc. I was in Europe for 21 days with my daughter and this was by far the best Airbnb. I booked 6 BNB so I give this one a 10! Beautiful beach 2 to 5 minutes walk. I will return next year!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

It was a one night stay for 2 and it was perfect. We had a morning flight so I wanted a place that was close to the airport and yet walkable to restaurants. This fit the criteria perfectly. It was helpful that Antonio arranged private car service to the airport. It was timely and at a great price. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Für uns war es das erste mal, dass wir auf Airbnb gebucht haben. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, sehr geräumiges Haus mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt auch noch eine große Terrasse und einen großen Garten. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie im Eigenheim. Die Stadt Mentana hat sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder andere Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens. Rom ist mit dem Auto in einer Stunde zu erreichen und mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch in 45 min. Dazu muss man sagen das man zu der Haltestelle Labaro mit dem Auto fahren muss. Die ist 30 min. Entfernt und dann ist man in 15 min. In Rom. Wir haben allerdings unser Auto nicht in Labaro geparkt (Parkplätze gibt es), da wir wegen unserem Hund immer getrennt nach Rom gefahren sind. Man müsste mal hinterfragen wie sicher die Haltestelle ist. An das Meer braucht man auch ungefähr eine Stunde. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.

The Apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Edoardo was very accommodating and helpful with the flexible check-in. We we're 6 adults and felt very welcomed ! The kitchen was well equipped and the rooftop terrace is also really nice to have. The city center (old town) is a bit far but easy to reach by bus or subway in around 30-40 minutes (depending on the traffic) but therefore the Apartments surroundings are very quite and safe. Edoardo is a good choice 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s. Mario and his dog, Leo were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The apartment is in a great location; lots to do locally and well connected to the rest of the city.

I cannot emphasize how exceptional the service And communication with this host was. That alone would make me want to stay there again. Location is central to all the main tourist attractions. The roof top terrace is a very nice addition. We had an un expected Hot Water issue that was definitely unavoidable and Marida (not sure if spelling is correct) sent a plumber right away. The issue had to wait until morning for parts and within a few hours it was determined the issue could not be resolved without further delay. This lady arranged a new apartment for us,just down the street within a couple hrs and met another wonderful host. Not only did she quickly arrange a new place but paid for an extra night that we couldn’t get at the original location. Unbelievable! The only advice other than total positive that I would give is that the floor is polished concrete so I would recommend sandals or slippers. Thank you for taking care of us. Service was beyond.

Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

Appartamento bello spazioso, fornito di tutto quello che poteva servire, pulito e con un bel spazio fuori. Posizione dell’appartamento veramente comoda. Cristian è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha posticipato il check out. Consigliato.

The apt. Was beautiful especially with the large outdoor patio. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The location was great for walking and taking a cab to the local areas. Having the cab line one minute away was very helpful. Hosts were an amazing help with coordination of drivers, resources and restaurants. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our time at Rico's place. It's in a walkable neighborhood not far from the Vatican. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great start in Rome.

L’appartamento é molto comodo, spazioso e luminoso. Purtroppo però risulta molto rumoroso, sia per la vicinanza di bar e vita notturna, sia per lo spessore dei muri: abbiamo dovuto dormire con i tappi. La zona é vicino al centro, alle principali stazioni e ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Fulvio ha risposto sempre celermente ed é stato veramente gentile a permetterci il late check out!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Absolute dream of a place to stay in Rome. Walking location to everything we needed and wanted to do. Extremely helpful hosts, ready to help at a moment notice for the tiny questions I had. They set up transportation for us to get to the airport. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable bed too!

Simply unforgettable! Our stay in this stunning Rome condo was perfection. Its unbeatable location, literally steps from the magnificent Colosseum, meant we could walk everywhere, feeling truly immersed. The condo itself was a dream: tastefully decorated, blending classic Roman elegance with modern comfort; every detail felt thoughtfully curated. One of the biggest delights was the incredible food scene right outside our door. We discovered countless amazing, authentic local restaurants just a short stroll away, offering the most delicious Roman cuisine we’ve ever tasted. Our host was genuinely caring, ensuring our check-in was incredibly smooth and welcoming, even providing fantastic local recommendations. And then there's the stunning rooftop terrace… absolute magic! It offered the most breathtaking, spectacular sunsets over the Roman skyline, painting the sky with incredible colors each evening. It was the perfect spot to unwind and create memories. A+++

Me and my wife decided to do 1 night in Rome in between country hopping in Europe and came across Fabrizia’s Airbnb. We left wishing we would’ve stayed much longer. The apartment was cute and clean and very functional. She left us goodies which made breakfast so easy! The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Fabrizia is easily the most thoughtful and communicative host we’ve had on Airbnb! She heard that it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make us feel special, even allowing us to keep our bags past checkout to be able to see one final destination in the city square. We highly recommend and will be returning as soon as we can!

Carla and Michelangelo were so hospitable and lovely, and made Rome feel so welcoming. The BnB was a little sanctuary from the chaos of the city, both the room itself and the location. An absolute delight!

The balcony is super large, and the plants are growing healthily. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable. The whole house exudes a classical and elegant charm. I really enjoyed the two nights I spent here. Francesca was very hospitable and even helped me find a parking space thoughtfully! I would still want to stay here next time I come to Rome.
