The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Sleepy Lagoon is a picturesque, park-like property that offers 18 acres minutes from shopping, dining, and outdoor activities in Downtown Covington. Think azalea-lined driveways, green space rife with indigenous trees, lagoons, fountains, wooden bridges, elevated walkways along the water, access to the Bogue Falaya River and a private beach. Spend the day touring in New Orleans and unwind in the evenings relaxing on one of two porches overlooking horses grazing in the pasture.
