Down by the lake you'll find a great spot for kids to play in the shallow water and on the sandy beach along with a floating dock for jumping and swimming. Martinsville Speedway is only 30 minutes away (if you are a racing fan), and we are on the Crooked Road Music Trail also~ Mount Airy, NC (Andy Griffith's home town) and Historic Mabry Mill on the Blue Ridge Parkway is only a 30-40 minute trip away.

Relax with the whole family at this water’s edge retreat. Great views and wildlife make this house a must stay for getaway on the lake. With a private dock and availability for boat parking, you can enjoy the water and everything it has to offer. The deck on the house facing the water offers spectacular views and a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will not be disappointed in everything that Lake Daze has to offer.

Our cabin is located on a small cove on Claytor Lake and features amazing views from the back porch and lakeside dock. Our home is located directly across the lake from Claytor Lake State Park which is a great place to hike and spend a day at the beach. We have a fire pit on the main deck and lots of seating so you and your friends and family can enjoy eating dinner and sipping on cold beers under the stars.
