Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)

This close to everything getaway is 1100 sq ft, 2 bedroom (with TV's), 1.5 bath. It is our tastefully furnished home away from home. We have a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Although, you can park your vehicle and never get in it until you leave because this location is close to everything. It features 1 King, 1 Queen bed, both equipped with comfy pillow top mattresses. Enjoy the river views from your own private patio off of the master bedroom, perfect for relaxation.

Come visit our oceanfront condo in the Historic Nye Beach District of Newport. Relax and enjoy the ocean view from our fully furnished second story condo. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the bedroom and two comfortable futon chair/beds in the living area. When booking I will ask you to agree to our rental agreement.
