Monthly Rentals in First Coast

Stayed here while in town on a job. everything was great. I was comfortable, felt safe, nice area and close to work. Hosts were very responsive. The apartment was very clean, could not hear people above or next to me. Will for sure make this my residence of choice when I am in Jacksonville.

Greetings all, everything was great!! Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and parks and all within walking distance. The home and cottage were perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary. I would recommend this location to family/friends. Additionally, McKenna was terrific. I'm generally not the person in the family that handles travel plans so having her to reach out to was reassuring, and her response time was immediate. I will end this 5-star review by saying, if needing a place to stay in Avondale in the future, I will stay here :) Jackie

We had a wonderful two week stay at Steve’s place. We came there for work at the fair and the location was perfect for us right down the road. The house is lovely and clean, with a little seating area outside for smokers. Will definitely return for next year.

Melinda is awesome, great for short or longterm stay. You definitely want every host to be like her.
