Dream view in Alvaneu, newly renovated penthouse!

Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Beautiful Bündner house for 5 people in a central yet quiet location with its own garage & PP (total space for 2 cars). Check-in and check-out using a key box. WiFi, smart TV with Netflix (without cable connection) & DVD and a well-equipped kitchen invite you to linger and relax. Bergün is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes.
