La terrazza sul mare🌊è un piccolo appartamento caratteristico appartenuto al mio tris nonno, situato nel pittoresco porto di Riomaggiore. Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 Spero porti fortuna alle coppie come fu per i miei nonni🥰 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie!Essendoci poca privacy.

Appartamento situato a Cadimare, piccolo paese sul mare che si trova a 10 minuti da Portovenere e 10 minuti dal centro di La Spezia. Abbiamo il parcheggio gratuito, la possibilità di poter usufruire dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici ed un'incantevole vista sul golfo dei poeti. All'occorrenza è possibile anche usufruire del terrazzo per poter fare una cena o pranzo all'aperto. All'interno dispone di numerosi comfort per potersi godere una vacanza in completo relax. Appartamento situato al primo piano di un palazzo nell'antico e tranquillo borgo di Marola. E' composto da una ampia camera con letto matrimoniale, un salotto con comodo divano letto a 2 piazze comunicante con una grande terrazza affacciata sul golfo dei poeti, un grande bagno, una cucina completamente attrezzata. Le fermate dell'autobus per La Spezia e Portovenere sono a pochi passi da casa. Sotto l'appartamento c'è un mini market a pochi metri ristorante, pub e pizzeria.

A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors.
