The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy and cute! Extremely well placed! Everything is nearby, especially when you're on foot! Clean and welcoming. Impeccable communication! Watch your head when sleeping upstairs, the space is really tight but overall an excellent stay.

Had an amazing time in Courchevel! Conor was fantastic — super responsive, even when I forgot the time and messaged him in the evening. The place is perfect for skiing, with the gondola just a 5-minute walk away and a ski locker that makes everything so easy. Conor went above and beyond what I’d expect from an Airbnb host. He gave great recommendations, provided extra towels, and even answered my sleep-deprived video call when I ended up at the wrong door! Honestly, I don’t want to say too much about how good it was, or it’ll be fully booked when we try to come back…

Great place for Courchevel skiing.

Tony is a very nice person, he made sure we would find the place on arrival and that we are comfortable. He also checked on us during our stay to ensure all was ok. As a family with two kids we had everything we needed. Even though the space is small it was comfortable and just enough for us to come back from a day on the slopes.

We had a great time at Kevin's place. The apartment is really very charming, with beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. Plus, it's located in a private residence with a parking space, which is clearly a luxury. We slept like babies in the sofa bed. I would highly recommend this listing!

Place was very walkable, right downtown. Great views of mountains! Was difficult to find the parking lot at first and the building but once we figured it out it was all good!

We had a pleasant stay at Menthon St Bernard. Very well appointed and optimized, well decorated, as per the photos and description. Ideal location, quiet, close to the lake, and all shops and activities (pedal boat, bike etc.), Annecy is just a few minutes away by car or bike. Friendly and available host. I spent 8 wonderful days on vacation in this accommodation with my husband and our little dog, and the experience was really excellent. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our excursions and walks much easier. In addition, the views from the accommodation are simply magnificent, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with stunning views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Had a great weekend with my 4-year-old daughter in Combloux. The accommodation was suitable, clean, with an amazing view of Mont Blanc. I would add that Nelly was very responsive to our requests, I would highly recommend it.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

I had an incredible stay! Very responsive hosts, great location and cozy place to stay. The flat had everything one would ever need! I really appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge and a shampoo in the bath area. Incredible management of the property! Really great hosts. Thank you!
