Apartments on the heights of Ugine, away from the bottom of the city, quiet. Functional, clean and well arranged.

We had a very nice weekend relaxing in the Bauges in Julie's beautiful and comfortable cottage, bedding and room conducive to a good sleep, very good equipment you can cook everything including raclette and fondue! We even took advantage of the terrace that overlooks the surrounding nature, and I enjoyed reading one of the books available "color balances" . Thank you!

We had a great time, Thomas is a very responsive host and the accommodation is totally as described. The view of the lake is the real highlight of this rental and even if the road is a little busy it is actually quickly forgotten (if you are a little sensitive simply equip yourself with earplugs for the night)! Very small detail if we had to raise one, the steps of the stagger miller's ladder that force the order of steps almost caused us beautiful falls, be careful especially at night! Also do not look for garbage in the residences there are none, but you will easily find several containers on the road towards Annecy 😉

I received myself very friendly via phone contact and immediately felt incredibly comfortable in Frédéric's apartment. The comfort of the sofa beds convinced me, I slept very pleasantly on it. The many different pillows also made the sofa even more cozy. The bathroom is small but nice and the kitchen is excellently equipped, starting with the pots, all the crockery and cutlery. I was very happy to use the raclette. However, the view from the living room and the cute, small balcony from which you have such a fantastic view of the lake was not to be exceeded. Even though some places around the lake were already temporarily closed at this time of year, there were plenty of options to eat in different price ranges and the bakeries to the left and right of the property I highly recommend. They have excellent products on offer. Parking right outside the door was very convenient. I'll be back!!!

Valérie is a kind host, attentive to guests' needs. I had a problem with the deflated bicycle wheel, his father found the solution by bringing the pump by hand and was very kind to inflate himself. The bed is magnificent and comfortable. The entire apartment has been thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend it.

Lucie and Ambroise's place is ideally placed at the Choir des Bauges with beautiful peaks to contemplate around. The hosts are discreet and friendly, which is in the direction of a peaceful stay.

The place was clean and heated upon arrival. The entry and exit instructions were clear. We enjoyed the comfort of the place, its quiet location and its beautiful view.

This is the second time we have booked this place because we enjoyed the location and the host very much, so nothing to complain about for this second time, always a perfect welcome and a pleasant accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Audrey’s place. The space is beautiful, really cosy and comfortable (also stayed cool on hot days). There were loads of great touches like games and books for our son and having the Mountain View was stunning. It was easy to find and really close to Thônes and easy to drive to Lake Annecy and explore the area. Audrey was so welcoming and friendly during our stay - even reduced our washing in a rainstorm. It’s a fantastic location and a superb place.

Ideally located in the center and in the Lagrange residence. It enjoys all the comforts inside with small touches like coffee, sopalin tea, oil, vinaigrette, sugar, spices. Elevators, indoor parking space, very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful view from the solarium terrace and rooms. Departing from many country hikes or walks

We had a great stay with our family. The place is very nice, well decorated, functional and bigger than we expected. Small terrace on the ground floor with a nice view and in front of the pool. Quiet residence. On foot Proxi,very convenient for troubleshooting. On site, Antoine welcomed us very warmly, available and gave us good advice. Very good restaurant 5 minutes away "Le refuge". 10 min by car, small town with lots of activities for children (elves park: awesome, rail sledding, ponies, trampoline, zipline, inflatable games, swimming pool, chairlift ...) Great bed and bath linen rental! Very appreciated baby cot and high chair. In short, a great stay, too short for my eldest son who loved the swimming pool in the residence. A little too cool for me who is chilly and for a baby. The scenery is beautiful in summer!

Perfect apartment for our stay in Beaufortain. We loved Arêches and its activities. Sophie and Cyrille sent us a lot of great recommendations which allowed us to fully enjoy. I would recommend the place as much as hosts and look forward to planning an upcoming trip here! Thanks so much

A great stay at this very convenient accommodation. It is close to tourist areas while being set back from the crowd. The pool is a plus whenever it's hot or after the hikes. I highly recommend this place and the hostess.

Fantastic apartment, finished beautifully with all the amenities you could hope for. Great facilities in the complex and the kids loved the pool. Combloux is a lovely and vibrant town too. Some great places to walk right outside your door and some great places to eat and drink too. Would highly recommend booking a trip here.

The apartment was great, only we were missing an oven. Otherwise we had a great time! Everything was closed in Doucy but it was no problem. We were able to rest, and enjoy the tranquility and spa which was a plus with the beautiful view!
