New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Far out on Stevns, right down to the sea and in the middle of the 800 hectare Gjorslev Bøgeskov is the historic Bøgebjerghus and in the old beautiful apple orchard is one of Denmark's most unique glamping locations. Here you can enjoy the sounds of the forest and experience life in the forest around the clock. There are no street lights, Wi-Fi and poor mobile coverage. The silence is broken only by the many birds of the forest, the wind rustling in the treetops and the waves down on the beach.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - dragin. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.
