He and his family are very nice and polite and also the neighbors are better than the others. The apartment is in an area where everything is easier to reach. The bus station is very close. The supermarket is near. The apartment is cleaned and quiet. My advice is to try it. You won't hesitate to come back a second time. Thank you Aikoto and his family .

I absolutely loved Julie’s home and will stay there again when I return to Istanbul. The best part was balconies on both sides of the apartment and the most beautiful sunsets. I enjoyed having my morning cacao in the balcony and work overlooking the lovely city view. The bed, bedding and option to sleep with tempur pillow was the best I ever had in any airbnb so far! I slept so well and wash super refreshed in the morning. I loved how tidy and beautiful whole home was. It has all that you need: well equipped kitchen, iron, washingmachine, hairdryer…I even got a chance to check in early since my flight arrived early morning. Overall 5/5 experience!

The apartment is in a residential area on a fairly steep road. Shops, culture, nightlife, metro... all within walking distance. Public transportation is perfectly arranged: buy an Istanbul public transportation card! Mori is proactive and very helpful. She always tries to find a solution if you have a question or comment. Highly recommended for a city break in Istanbul. The rooftop of the AirBnB has an amazing view of the Galata tower and is located in a cute street full of local small shops and vintage markets. The tram taking you to the old town is just a short walk away, so as the metro station and the busy Istiklal street with many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here!

After some problem finding the place upon arrival by taxi at night, the property is exactly as described, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and transports in Beyoglu. Recommended but make sure you have the house number and a photo of the entrance to match.

The apartment was perfect for our stay with friends – great location, nice and clean and spacious. Everything was as described and exactly met our needs. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. There was absolutely nothing to complain about – clear recommendation!

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

We had an excellent week, the environment is very calm and quiet at night for a good rest after a busy day! A special mention for the mattress which is very comfortable! Turgay is quickly available to answer any questions (especially if you are in Istanbul for the first time), he is without exaggeration the perfect host! I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

Everything went good! Besher is very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with laundry supplies but Besher offered to help and immediately provided everything we need. Great host and great flat!

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.
