“We had a great stay at the cottage. The cottage was small but very cozy. It was very warm inside as well. We enjoyed the bathroom more than expected due to the cold weather. I think the cottage is located very well to make a ton of day trips. We had unique experiences like walking on a glacier, entering an ice cave, seeing a frozen crater, being in the blue lagoon while freezing outside, the geyser blowing and the water freezing on the ground (oh yes a lot of people felt down :-) , went to the famous black beach with the big waves, etc. We stayed a week with a 9- and 7-years old and we were sad to leave the island. The island and the cottage are really worthwhile ! We even saw the Northern Lights (that was not an easy one though due to the cloudy weather. Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage and have all these unique experiences!”

“Loved every bit of the place - lovely house and amenities, lovely kitchen and bed. The best part was I managed to catch the Northern lights from the window of my room! The best place I stayed for the whole Iceland trip!”
