Very comfortable, high quality restoration. Everything you need was included. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely garden. Joe was very responsive. Walk to Village, bus stop to Exeter within a minutes walk. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Cherry Tree Cottage! Everything is spotless clean and the cottage is renovated with lots of love. Everything is exactly like shown on the pictures. All sightseeing spots, nature and beaches in Devon are easy to reach. Jacqui is a very welcoming and caring host. We highly recommend staying there.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

Location was quiet and really convenient for our stay, really clean, instructions made it easy to find, big tesco a few mins away, kitchen had everything if you wanted to make meals. Matches the description, and was what we needed for our stay, the bed and sofa bed weren’t comfy (too hard for us) but that was the only thing that could be improved for us. Otherwise we had a great stay with a great host.
