Simple and comfortable farmhouse in Etne

Relax in this little house in Etne. The house is an older house with simple standard. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, entrance hall and a bedroom. The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 3-4 beds. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are very steep. Outside the house is a cozy garden. The house is a nice starting point for hiking in Etne and the great Etnefjella, or fishing in Etneelva. 1 hour to Haugesund, 20 minutes to Åkrafjorden with Langfoss, Via Ferrata Åkrafjorden. 1 hour to Hardanger and Trolltunga. 2 hours to Rosendal.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms with double beds. There is sleeping space for 6 people. The cabin is small and is best suited for a family of 4. Or 4 adult. It is large plot with good parking opportunities and outdoor activities. The cabin is centrally located as a starting point to several popular tourist attractions such as Bondhusvatnet, Trolltunga and much more.

Great cabin in scenic surroundings

Great cabin for rent in scenic surroundings. Located at Stordalsvatnet and 5 min away from Etne city center. In the watercourse there are trout, sea trout, salmon and char. Nice nature experiences are only a short drive away and great hiking opportunities "right outside the doorstep". Drive on National tourist routes to Hardanger can be recommended if you want to explore the beautiful western nature and famous attraction Trolltunga and the spectacular Langfossen waterfall.

Short way to the Barony and the lovely Renaissance garden. It's a great starting point for mountain hikes. Varied hiking terrain with light trips such as Hattebergsfossen Skålafjell and Myrdalsvatnet. If you want more challenges, Melderskin and Malmangernuten can be recommended.

Ingers and Knuts place was just wonderful, the fjord in front of us, kajaks to be rent for free, swimming directly from the house, incredible views, a very kind and hospitable host, a easy accessible sauna, fishing ropes, bicycles, just everything what we needed. Knut welcomed us, showed us around and he and his wife were just always available when we needed something. And the wooden house with its details was just wonderful to live in for a week. We would love to come back!! Thank you so much.

Spacious kitchen and living room, everything needed was available. Nice view over Skanevik fjord. We also did the roadtrip suggested by Frode, it was very scenic and beautiful.

Really lovely flat right by the harbour. We stayed here to visit Iris and the boat picks you up 30 seconds walk from the front door. The flat was really nice and extremely clean and communication was super easy and clear. We went for a 10km walk in the morning and it was stunning - perfect location to also see some of the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend and thank you for a lovely stay!

We have had our second stay in the apartment and have been equally satisfied both times. Nice walking distance to the ski lift in Sauda, and only a small drive to the swimming pool in the city center. The apartment is perfect for an active and handsome weekend for families with children.

Another excellent stay in this super Airbnb! Eli-Jorun is the perfect host and we really enjoyed our week! SO many kind touches like Easter sweets for our granddaughter, plenty of toys etc makes this our favourite place to stay when in Sauda. I also got to borrow a mix master and cake tin to bake a birthday cake. Thank you for a fabulous stay and we will be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The house is located in a small village and it's super cozy. Elena has been very kind and a wonderful host. The house was really clean and had everything we needed:)

We had a great stay over New Year's Eve at the snowy Sauda Klubb. Everything was as described and the hosts went out of their way to meet all our needs. The apartment was super clean, well equipped and cozy and the town with the small ski resort definitely worth a trip! We will be happy to come back!
