We really enjoyed Brian’s Bungalow. It was a peaceful and lovely location with the beach and ocean across the road, a pool within steps, and a restaurant within walking distance with excellent food. Brian and his staff were friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend Brian’s Bungalow!

The house was exactly as described and clean upon arrival. The smart lock made check-in easy. However, if you're looking to have fun and chat or laugh, this might not be the right place for your group. The condo has numerous rules, including a strict no-noise policy after 10pm. We were informed of this by Alex, but even speaking at a normal volume was audible between houses, which made it frustrating to converse as we had to whisper. Upon arrival, we had to sign an agreement for the condo's rules and were given wristbands. If you lose yours, it will cost you $5, and they can issue a noise fine of up to $200/day. You're also not allowed to have food or drinks by the pool, even if they are canned, which seems unreasonable since there are tables by the pool, but they're only for lounging, not eating. Additionally, if you want to order food, you'll need to meet the delivery driver at the main condo entrance, as they don’t allow delivery personnel to bring food directly to the house door

Amazing place to stay in Dominical!! The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, long or short term. The location is perfect, being close to town but just a bit removed to feel at peace in nature next to the river and surrounded by vegetation. I had to work remotely for part of our stay and the internet was really fast, allowing me to have video calls without interruption. Johnny is a fantastic host, responding quickly and providing helpful advice for the area. We loved staying here and would absolutely come back next time we’re in Dominical!

If you are looking for an exceptional place for your stay, this condo is just perfect. Located by the sea, it offers breathtaking views of the sunsets. The location is ideal: all restaurants are within walking distance, making the evenings even more enjoyable. The condo has a beautiful beachfront pool, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. The bedrooms are big and well laid out, offering an appreciable distance to ensure privacy. In addition, the condos are very well soundproofed, which ensures total tranquility. It's a real favorite for me and my family and I won't hesitate to go back. A magical place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Our stay was great! The place is centrally located, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very large, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kids loved running around and swinging in the hammocks and the pool. The place could have had some upgrades, like soap in the showers and more absorbent towels - small things that were not a huge bother. There also seemed to only be hot water in the main house.

This is my second time staying in this condo complex and we really love it, It is quaint and well maintained. Amy’s condo is very clean and well appointed, and the use of space is better than the other one I had stayed at previously. 5 stars

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in CR. We chose Kelie’s place because it had everything we were looking for. It was so clean… coming from someone who is OCD clean, this is a bold statement. It was in between many of the areas we wanted to check out but was private as well. Our first day there, we seen 4 scarlet macaws and a toucan right on the porch! The bed was so comfy and the shower was great. Ya know how you can take a shower at another place and still not feel clean… well I always felt clean after the shower. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed Kelie. She has such great recommendations, tips, and tricks to share. She’s a real gem. Thank you so much for hosting us Kelie!

The place is beautifully kept and comfortable. The host is always very attentive and with seamless communication. It is a recommended place for a quick getaway and to enjoy listening to the sea from the comfort of the apartment.

The million dollar view is true. Don't miss the sunsets. We were also visited by monkeys which was exciting. Everything was great and Maryfe was very responsive. We also spent time at her rental business at the beach by Manuel Antonio and she let us use a parking space right there. It's a great beach, very nice for swimming. We tried parasailing which the kids loved.
