This basement apartment is all about relaxation. Whether cozily on the terrace, relaxing in the hot tub or simply in the room with a king-size bed and underfloor heating. At lunchtime you can prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and in the evening you can go out to eat in the delicious pizzeria opposite. Lovely, non-smoking apartment with hot tub

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

I stayed at Thomas place for a week during a combined business / family visit. The place is unique, very lovely in a private neighbourhood. It is spacious and well equipped. Thomas was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay and made me feel at home from the first minute. Solingen is close to highways to locations like Dusseldorf, Cologne or Dortmund, all of which is reachable within an hours drive. If you are looking for something exceptional, give it a try.

The place was as stated in the description. We arrived by taxi from Düsseldorf central station. Very straightforward. Maik always responded quickly to questions from us. Apartment was totally sufficient for us as a one-time overnight stay and fulfilled everything for our purposes. If we fly from Düsseldorf again, we'd love to come back.

We were with 6 adults, 2 small children and 1 dog at Jens' place for a family celebration in Krefeld. The house is super beautiful right in the forest, perfect for walks with the dog. The house has a very nice garden with pool and hot tub, unfortunately we had very bad weather, so we could not use the pool. Everything felt very cozy. We will be happy to come back.

We felt at home. Communication with Saskia and Denis was great. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The location, for us with a dog: Mega! The small garden with grill: Great! The open living room with attached kitchen: Perfect! Both hosts were extremely accommodating. I'm sure we'll be back.
