Check-in to the apartment was very easy, with the code in the app and the lock in front of the house. The Apartment is very modern, has lots of light, everything was very clean, and we felt right at home. In the kitchen there was everything you need for eating and cooking. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table and balcony. The bedroom is also very nice. Amy and Tobias were always very responsive. All in all, a great, bright and beautiful apartment if you want to visit Schwäbisch Gmünd and do not want to sleep right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A grocery store is very close(3 minutes by car or you can walk as well) and the neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed here with a baby and Tobias and Amy got us a crib as well which was very much appreciated.

Modern, clean and quiet. Nice garden and easy to town or surroundings. Thomas responded quickly to our requests and made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this place and plan on coming back.

Benedikt welcomed us in a friendly way. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small new house, which is located next to the new building of the host family. On the first floor there is a small 1-room vacation apartment. The apartment is tastefully and modernly equipped, so you can feel comfortable right away.

My two-day stay at Jens' place was absolutely wonderful! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Jens was an incredibly kind and responsive host, quickly addressing all my questions and making me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and I’ll definitely be back on my next visit!
