Monthly Rentals in Escazu

I loved this place I stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed it. Would definitely be staying here again!

We had a nice stay at Bernardo’s charming spot in Escazu. The condo is part of a small, intimate community that offers the perfect amount of space for two people. We enjoyed the unique duplex layout with its blend of indoor/ outdoor living. The bedroom has a delightful treehouse feel that adds to the charm. Marsha (the co-host) and her husband were especially helpful, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The location has a nearby supermarket and a small strip mall with an excellent fresh fruit and vegetable market across the way. All within walking distance. Overall, a great secluded and quiet place when visiting Escazú!

I can’t say enough about my stay in this beautiful apartment. First, it is located inside a very upscale, elegant building of Escazú - best walkable neighborhood in San Jose, with plenty of restaurants and shops within close walking distance. The apartment itself is very light and airy with a lovely view of the beautiful inner courtyard. This apartment is also very tastefully appointed with comfortable, easy furniture. We felt welcomed by the host as he made sure there was coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water waiting for us, so we didn’t have to run to a store for basic items when upon arrival. I am also very grateful to Jose for how responsive he was when on my morning of checking out I had an unexpected special circumstance, requiring me to stay longer. Jose immediately made it possible to extend my stay one day at a time for as long as I needed. I am forever grateful to this gracious host! Jose’s apartment is now my number one choice for a place to stay when visiting San Jose.
