Vacation rentals with a patio in Enseada

Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

The condominium is well organized and has a family atmosphere, which added a special touch to our stay. Every detail of the apartment made all the difference, from the cozy decor to the amenities available, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The spectacular view of the place is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the stay; watching the sunrise from the balcony was a magical and unforgettable experience. Andre was kind and the house corresponded to the discretion of the announcement. The site is calm and close to the historical center of Saoo francisco, restaurants and supermarket. Since we stayed for several days, we miss an oven or an airfrayer and blender.

( One of the best we've ever been) 5 - Great toilets and showers. 5 - Very quiet street with little movement ( Although very close to Praia ) 6 - Mr. Raimundo always answered us quickly. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Cons - 1 - A little mildew when we entered the house. (Common well in closed house) 2 - Washing machine with (slightly loud noise) 3 - It is good to bring a fan together. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ In short - We really like the stay ( Great cost-benefit ) +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ OBS - Mr. Raimundo has provided us with house 1 at no additional charge. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

The apartment is comfy and cozy. Kitchen complete with all utensils. The room has a great TV with a complete range of channels. Bedroom with a comfortable bed and brand new air conditioning. Large garage and is located practically attached to the apartment. Finally, the condominium is on a very quiet street and is very safe. Congratulations on the space.

Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
