The weekend in this beautiful place was great. Everything necessary was available in the apartment and we didn't miss anything. Upon our arrival, we were greeted directly by Fritz and the farewell was also very friendly. We had a nice relaxing weekend and would be happy to come back. 😊

a very friendly hostess with a beautiful accommodation! very worth staying there for a few nights. beautiful hiking/biking area and nice cities nearby. but also on private property it is wonderful to stay. And then such a delicious breakfast in the morning! We enjoyed it.

Wonderful place! Very spacious garden. Cozy house. Beautiful between the horses and trees. Deliciously those bird sounds. Super friendly host. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights in Beemte Broekland. A wonderful cottage to be. Everything was as described and super clean. Lovely to have a bathrobe, I do like to 'bathe' in the morning. Upon arrival greeted and sniffed by the two dogs, very cozy :) The bed sleeps well, that is something personal, but for us this was completely fine. The cottage also has a very complete kitchen. Very nice not to always have to eat out. The rain shower was also wonderful. It is definitely worth looking for Klompenpaden in the region, just a little different from other hiking trails. The contact with Maud also went super smoothly. In short, a highly recommended place.

What a nice place where you can perfectly enjoy the peace and facilities with a group. The spacious lawn, basketball court, outdoor area with BBQ and fireplace.. really enjoy. Inside is also top, great in terms of space and a nice bathroom and shower. The hostess and gentleman were very warm and we felt right at home. Absolutely recommended!

Great house and friendly host!

We visited this beautiful place as a group of three and were absolutely thrilled. Surrounded by nature overlooking the alpacas, we were able to absolutely enjoy our time there. Many thanks to Bert and Erna. We will be happy to come back.

My parents were at the place for a weekend. The location is great, communication easy. Everything is available and as described, the place is recommended for a short stay.😇

Rarely do you experience that a place is even more beautiful than in the photos, but with Ronald and Anita that is true. Not only is the view fantastic, the space itself is also above expectations. Cozy furnished and with all the necessary facilities. We came here to explore the area, and to enjoy the tranquility in the morning and evening. We did a great job. The reception was extremely friendly and all instructions were clear. The location is also amazing. Close to shops and restaurants, and several major cities are just around the corner. We definitely recommend this place!

We were able to enjoy the hospitality at this location for one night. Our goal was only an overnight stay because of the concert in Groningen and our travel time. However, the location is so nice it was unfortunate we couldn't stay longer. Definitely recommended for others to stay there for a few days or a week.

We arrived at Martin and Annerike's place after a long, wet day of cycling, and Martin had already prepared the fire in the wood stove. All we had to do was light the match. That's the kind of thoughtful host they are. We felt just super welcome. The little suite is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped. If you're travelling by bicycle, the place is just a few minutes from the LF3, and we were able to store our bicycles securely in their garage. We really enjoyed our stay there, brief though it was. Highly recommended.

Small nice cottage with everything you need. Lots of seats outside, plenty of privacy, nice hostess and delicious breakfast. Recommended!

A great place, very cozy! :) There was even coffee and a wide selection of tea available as well as games for the kids. However, the apartment is not quite as suitable for small children, as the furnishings are not child-friendly (cleaning agents, glasses, knives and lighter at child height and leaning, large mirror). Too bad we couldn't use the outdoor area because of rain, which looked so inviting. It would be nice if you could also darken the living room, because there is also a sleeping area there. The booking and communication with the host went smoothly. Overall a nice place in a central location, which I can definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Patrick's place. Whilst the apartment is within the property it was private and quiet place to stay. We had clear instructions for check in and everything we needed in the apartment. It was the perfect location to walk to the hospital, train station and the centre of Nijmegen.

Very warm welcome, also for our little dog so we immediately felt at home. The neat, spacious room and bathroom are nicely and cozily furnished and equipped with all facilities. Breakfast is worth a 6 out of 5. More than sufficient and a true festival. Definitely worth the description 'Superhost'!

Erna is truly an amazing Hostess and she is so generous with everything. I only chose to stay in Barneveld reading the reviews of Erna and her delicious breakfast since my husband and I wanted to be spoiled a bit. Barneveld is quiet but with a car you can drive. It exceeded expectations. She provides an amazing and clean accommodation. The bed is so comfortable and there are plenty of towels for guests to use. The little kitchenette was convenient and came with a toaster oven and a hot plate. There is no microwave but we managed fine since we stayed for two days. Erna also allowed us to use her washer and dryer. Helped us to order pizza. She welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine and chilled beers and drinks. I loved the garden which is so cute and well planned. She has all the cutlery and assorted glasses you will need. I am back in Canada and still dreaming of Erna and her warm hospitality and delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything you did for my husband and me, Erna. Love

Gerda met us in person for our 4 day stay and explained how everything worked, laundry, etc. The place was immaculate and thoughtfully supplied. The beds were vey comfortable, towels and bath supplies plentiful. The apartment is on the third floor of a several hundred year old building, with great views of the historic city from the huge terrace. The historic character was evident in the steep staircase that requires careful navigation, but the spaces are all wonderfully up to date. The location couldn’t be better; many restaurants right there, an Albert Heyn a few minute’s walk and the frequently opening drawbridge right out front.

I was looking for a nice and quiet place to sleep after a tour on my bike. It was exactly what I wanted, cozy and remote. Clean and cute appartement with everything I needed. Friendly and helpful hosts. I’ll want to go back there for sure!

Particularly atmospheric and tastefully furnished old bakery for two people, next to beautiful, authentic farmhouse in beautiful rolling Münster landscape with sights. In our case, everything red / white / green in Christmas atmosphere by wood stove, but we can very well imagine that the decor and the excellent breakfast exudes great charm in all seasons. Many reasons to stay once in spring, summer or autumn. Only the mattress of the wooden bed (on the surprisingly spacious attic) is a bit hard / old and needs to be replaced for an even better night's sleep.
