Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Emsland

We stayed at the B&B in Laar for a week. The B&B is very spacious (there were five of us); a nice rural kitchen, dining and sitting room and 3 bedrooms. The bathroom is in the cellar. The B&B is romantic, nostalgic and rural. We had a view of the beautiful garden and country. And have been in the jacuzzi as well. Delicious.. Upon arrival, Herman was present and he provided a delicious breakfast every morning. Breakfast consisted of various rolls, fruit, meats, sweet toppings, yogurt and an egg. Every day it was a little different. With delicious pancakes and sandwiches on the day of departure. Herman thanks for the hospitality and the delicious breakfasts!

Great place to stay, slept cozy, warm and comfortable. Lots of space for the kids to play.

The accommodation had all the comforts. Very spacious and bright with a beautiful bathroom (the large bathtub alone is worth the money), nice kitchen and a large living room and bedroom. Also very close to beautiful hiking areas. I definitely recommend this stay.

What a lovely wing of a beautiful, artfully decorated old house. We loved the out door kitchen BQ area and the lovely homemade rolls and marmalade for breakfast each morning with fresh coffee. Beautiful garden to explore and our dog was made very welcome. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Parking too! 😀

Wonderful stay! Wonderfully quiet. Nice accommodation, great beds. Nothing lacking. Nice tips from Marc about bicycle rental ( so no bicycles for rent at the B&B) at Mastworp (at the Fletcher Hotel in Uden) and about beautiful hiking trails and cycling routes from Nature Center De Maashorst in Nistelrode. It is also wonderful to walk from the B&B itself. All in all, very worthwhile.

Arris is a really kind and nice host. The place has all you need for a couple of days.

We're absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is familiar, the host is totally friendly and always approachable. It is particularly noteworthy that the accommodation is very family-friendly or baby-friendly. The surroundings are very worth seeing and you can do a lot. The village is also very cute. Staying at Mathilde's place was like being at a proper B & B. that is, it included breakfast. Lovely surroundings the guest quarters are within the large family home. Ponies, friendly dogs and lovely countryside abound. Quite a friendly, welcoming short overnight stay. Thank you

Rosetta was so welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in making our experience comfortable. She went above and beyond to help us get my elderly mother’s luggage in as we were unable to get luggage storage we had planned. Our breakfast was amazing. She made me special and delicious low carb options as I had dietary needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was so nice. I would stay here again in a second.

Our stay at Cynthia’s place was magic. From the check-in to the room, the house and the surrounding area are coming out of a fairytale. Cynthia is full of life, she welcomed us with a warm heart and we felt instantly good. During our stay she was caring about our wellbeing and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Rian described us a super detailed way to get to the property. It was very cold when we came in, but the heating helped fairly quickly. Location is very close to national park, nice to go into nature. Stay was great, bed is nice, bathroom is brand new.

We particularly enjoyed the hours at Jolanda. A place that breathes love, freedom and creativity. Just like the people who created it.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful room! It was even more stunning and well-organized than the photos. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!

Christel is the best and most likeable Superhost I've ever met. She has always earned 7 out of 5 stars in all criteria. Me and my little terrier felt more than comfortable right from the start. She had really thought of everything, bought an extra dog bed, provided food and water and prepared a pleasant and unforgettable stay for both of us. - Christel is an empathetic woman with whom time flew by over a glass of wine. She is a very likeable and uncomplicated hostess for whom the well-being of her guest is not just lip service or just a marketing argument! - She lives it and makes the stay a constant pleasure from the beginning to the warm farewell at the end.
