In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!
