We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

It is a beautiful apartment that exceeded expectations! Super nice house, very clean and beautiful view. We only arrived in the evening and couldn't do any more shopping, but this was not a problem as the managers had stocked the fridge with initial supplies for dinner and breakfast – really great! Very nice people and always available and helpful. We had a great time and definitely recommend this nice place.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We thank her with all our heart and wish her and her family all the best and look forward to a next time 🥰

Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

nice place just 3 min walk from great sandy beach. Despite August, this is almost deserted and a beach bar is also provided. Everything is available inside the accommodation. 2 bathrooms including shower and 2 bedrooms.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

We (a group of 3 couples) had a good week in the vacation home. In the dark, it was not quite as easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown in the photos and also described. The supply of pots and dishes is very good, but it could use a few more wine glasses. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. On foot you can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket, but the way home is a little bit exhausting. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what else could you ask for. The information from Enrico was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

Lorenzo's place is located in a condominium-residence that overlooks the public beach, in a perfect location to have access to the sea. Spaces are minimal but well-organized. The dish washer is excellent. The apartment was vacated an hour earlier than expected and we were able to check in early. Lorenzo was always attentive and available.

Great airbnb for a large group. We cooked every night and swam every day. Would highly recommend.

The stay met all our expectations. Comfortable accommodation equipped with all the essentials. Marcello is a very prepared host, before arrival he provided us with useful tips on the area and during the stay we interacted very little as there was no need. Everything went smoothly! We only took the car 4 or 5 times in 12 days to visit other popular beaches or to do "big shopping." There are still a few restaurants and various services nearby (markets are a bit expensive but useful if needed). The beach is not even 100 meters away! Personally, I really appreciated it for its spaces and natural features: large-grained sand with yellow colors that made the water a particular emerald color. Only negative note: for 3 nights, probably in a bar nearby, there was a lot of noise. One of these until 6 in the morning! Many in the neighborhood complained confirming the actual noise caused.

Fantastic stay at Monica's beautiful home perfectly situated within Is Molas Resort. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to stunning local beaches and amenities.The house itself was incredibly welcoming and homey, making us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed spending time by the lovely swimming pool, which was immaculately maintained and a highlight of our stay. Monica was an outstanding host. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Having previously stayed at her other property in Puglia, we were delighted to find the same high standards and thoughtful touches that made both experiences truly memorable. We highly recommend this charming property and can't wait to return again!

Excellent location, clean apartment, well furnished. Easy checkin and checkout. Great place to visit the many beautiful beaches around Villasimius and the surrounding areas. Will definitely recommend.

We spent two weeks at Lisa’s apartment with our little daughter. Check in was flexible and easy thanks to a video. Lisa also provided a cot and highchair which was great. The garden was perfect for our daughter to play in and we could enjoy the sun almost the whole day. From the apartment it’s just a short walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. We had a rented car and visited lots of different beaches in the area. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Lisa’s place.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

A great (row) house and very nice hosts. The house is relatively small, but has everything you need for a family of four. It is very nice and equipped with nice details. The view of the sea is world-class. Each of the rooms has a beautiful view of the Costa Rei. The Costa Rei is excellent for swimming. Even at the end of October, the sea is warm and perfect for swimming. In the area you will also find beautiful hiking trails. In any case, you need a car (we took the ferry from Genoa to Porto Torres; the flight alone would have been twice as expensive as the ferry). Many thanks to the great hosts!

Davide is a great host, very responsive. We landed early in the morning, we were able to have the accommodation as soon as it was available. He gave us recommendations about the surroundings that we largely followed and we are not disappointed. Quiet environment, we were able to eat every day in the yard. We didn't have time to test the barbecue (too bad) but it looked good! The bedding is of quality, having back problems, I slept very well without any pain. The kitchen is certainly small but super functional, no need to have a bigger one. There is a Spar 5 minutes walk from the house, no more expensive than another supermarket, very convenient! So I recommend Davide and his house without a problem.

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

We searched for accommodation close to the sea, approached by taxi from the airport. It's very well equipped, spacious, clean, and we've had six of us. Nearby Coop shop, 12 minutes to the bus stop. We took the yellow bus PF to Cagliari, it's about 50 minutes. Martina's father welcomed me and explained everything. There were mineral waters in the fridge and orange and lemon on the table. What was a little lacking was the wifi for six of us.

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!
