Samuel's place was very artsy fartsy. I rented it for a few hours to meet up with a friend from out of town. Although we didn't stay the night, we were still treated with excellence. I felt accommodated and the spot was well thought out regarding decor. although small, it is a very comfortable and unique space. I wish I lived in it! Samuel even informed me that I'd left my car running. I highly recommend this spot. It was quiet and although there are neighbors, we felt unbothered and right at home. I will be back! I loved this experience!

Marva was a wonderful host, very responsive to any need or question. Beautiful place inside and out. Seems she thought of everything, even leaving outside games, inside games and puzzles stacked with the basics. Would definitely recommend it!

This place is fantastic, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If you’re a fan of The Vampire Diaries, staying here is a must, as “Mystic Falls” is just down the street. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation itself was excellent. No complaints at all!

We had an amazing stay at Nona's place! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. This historic location had loads of charm and character and was in the middle of downtown within walking distance to tailgating, the stadium , shopping, restaurants, etc. Nona was incredibly responsive during the entire process from the initial booking through check out. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Athens. We will definitely be booking again next time we are in the area!

The apartment was very clean and surprisingly quiet for the location. Bed was very comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were available. Bathroom was very clean and stocked with everything you needed. The location was perfect and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Convenient to the Clemson campus, but also a secluded and quiet location! Fully stocked kitchen! Our hosts also left cookies and coffee for us! Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Wow! We stay at a lot of airBNBs and we were so pleasantly surprised to find that this is our new favorite! From the ample space, to the cook’s kitchen, to the thoughtful furnishings, we absolutely loved our time here so much we even opted to stay and make steaks and cozy up on the porch and comfy couch instead of dining out! This is an amazing space, responsive host and very pretty location.

Tracy’s place was great! She is lovely and will check in with you the entire time to make sure you have everything you need. She kept the place great and was very responsive to anything I needed during my stay. Her place was easy to access and in a great spot close to the hospital for my rotation there. It was also safe and I never felt uneasy!

Al & Tara were friendly and responsive from booking to check out. The place is a nice size. Everything was spotless and the bed was cozy. The only thing they may have said in their description and maybe I missed it but there isn’t a kitchen sink in the kitchenette area. This was fine with us because we were visiting our son at Clemson and didn’t spend much meal time in the apartment. We highly recommend.

When first booked I got a message saying they had to cancel due to the hurricanes. When we found out that wasn’t the case. They worked with me to get dates in the same week I booked to start with. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The indoor pool was cold but the hot tub attached was amazing. Helen was great would stay again.

We loved our stay at Shirley’s place! It was a great location about a mile from UGA campus and we easily walked there and back. The home was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for 4 people. Shirley was extremely responsive and her directions were accurate and helpful! 10/10 would stay there again!
