Go there without so much as a second thought! Nothing to say, everything was as described. Ramadan was a great and attentive host. The apartment was great and clean. The neighborhood was great too, we're thrilled. We also had a free transfer from the bus station with a small night tour of Luxor and it was great. Thanks again, we had a great time!

The room was spacious with nice decoration and free of clutter. It had AC and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace located on the roof was very nice, in the evenings we had an amazing view looking over the Valley of the Queens and in the mornings if you woke up early enough (6:00-6:30 AM), you could enjoy the dozens of hot air balloons as they glided over the surrounding area. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and there was a lot of it, most of the time we couldn't even eat half of it. So when it comes to the accommodation we would definitely recommend it. 5/5! Some of the things we weren't that satisfied was our guide and transfer to Aswan which Ali arranged both for us. It was on the more expensive side (compared to airbnb experiences), and we had 2/4 days car troubles with 2 diff. cars, especially on our Aswan transfer car almost broke down in the desert and it took us over 5hrs to Aswan with a driver that didn't speak English. So maybe look at alternatives for that part.

As everyone else has mentioned, Azzab's place is amazing. Big, new, comfortable, you basically have a private pool and it is very peaceful. But the best part is the host. Azzab was very friendly and helpful since before booking. Communication went great! he organised a whole two day private tour for me and my family, including pick-up and drop off at the airport. Here I would like to give a big shout-out to our driver, Ahmed, who took great care of us and was with us during our whole time in Luxor. He was always smiling and eager to helo and to quote him "he picked us up at the airport as strangers and dropped us off as family". If anyone ever books a tour with Azzab, make sure Ahmed is your driver (and don't forget to ask for a faluka sunset ride. Extremely recommended!). We were allowed to check-in early and check-out very late with no extra cost. Thank you Azzab and Ahmed, we really enjoyed our time in Luxor and you two were a big part of the reason why.

The place was fantastic, and the host—along with everyone I met—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant made ordering food super easy and convenient. Just a heads-up: getting there can be a bit tricky if you're arranging transportation on your own. However, Abdol offers a simple and reliable way to travel between the East Bank and West Bank, which makes things much easier.
