This is a fantastic and quiet place that is very private. If you are visiting for the first time and are unfamiliar with the West Bank, this is completely a village lifestyle. You are very far away from the east bank, and it can make you feel a bit stranded, however the hosts Gaber and Muhammed were so helpful in bringing us things that we needed and also recommended the inDrive app. Uber does not work in Luxor, so this app will be your best friend. It completely turned our stay around and made the experience so much better. Overall, this would be an amazing place to take your family to visit Luxor. Gaber’s help booking the balloon tour was seamless, as we were able to just pay extra through the app, and not have to deal with the headache of booking. I will be staying here again with my family in the future!

We had the best stay here. The host went absolutely far and beyond what was expected, from helping booking transfers from Hurghada to the Airbnb, suggesting amazing restaurants and booking excursions for us. We were celebrating one of our birthdays and the host got us the most amazing cake as a gift, they cooked us breakfast each morning and would be unbelievably flexible to meet our needs. The house is so much nicer than the photos look, and the garden and pool are beautiful. You can watch the hot air balloons from the roof terrace which was so lovely to do. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the West Bank. The most accommodating Airbnb experience I have ever had.

Marah is a beautiful place, and Professor Muhammad al-Shahirah is a man of Kafu, a supporter, a collaborator, a man of duty and our service more than we expected When one of us was exposed to a health disorder in the middle of the night, we helped Mr. Mohammed and arrived himself at the hospital and stood with us until morning Which services or consultations we ask him to provide us without hesitation and quick to respond Thank you with all my heart

We had a great time at this place. The view of the Nile and Luxor at sunset and at night is superb. We have not tested the pool (end of February), but its environment, with multicolored fabrics, is beautiful and relaxing. The place is a little out of the way, but our driver found it without any issues. To cook, no problem, but do your shopping before you get home. The owners, and their helpers, are very welcoming. And their cuisine, delicious. The icing on the cake: the bedroom on the upper terrace, a real pleasure. Everyone in our group highly recommends.

The room is cozy and comfortable, with a great location close to the ferry. Hassan is very friendly and helpful—if you need any assistance in Luxor, he’s the person to go to. Highly recommended!

We really loved the serenity of the place. The managers both Islam and Abdullah were very helpful, professional and helped us perfectly. Through them we did the Felucca ride with Ramadan, who is now a dear friend of ours and very very kind. It was the best breakfast we had in Egypt, on the rooftop and the view was perfect. Apt included a well equipped kitchen and balcony which was nice. Thanks for everything and we definitely recommend 🙏

We made a last-minute reservation at Sari’s place. However, Sari was extremely understanding and even helped us get in our room before the official check-in time. She responded to all of our inquiries and suggested we visit the restaurant across the street while our room was being prepared. The rooms were pristine, including the kitchen. The staff greeted us at the door, helped with our luggage and made us feel extremely welcome! I would also like to point out that her staff are extremely well mannered, professional, and kind. There was no hackling, or requests for tips. The manager (abu Fatima) drove out to greet us and spent a few minutes talking to us about our plans and gave us recommendations on which sites to visit first. Genuinely good staff!!! Overall, in a country where tourists are always hackled. This is the only place I feel comfortable and safe in. So much so that I will always recommend Saris place to all friends and families, and I look forward to visiting again.
