thank you! we had great time at you beautiful litle ocean front beach house. it was very clean and we had everything we needed. the house cleaned with air conditioning in the bedrooms hot water. I love it.

the house is super good the truth we loved it, we felt right at home, we did not have any problems with respect to the house, when we arrived they welcomed us very kind, they showed us the house and the stay we did not have a great time. Thank you. Everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom was super clean and spacious.

Miguel Angel is an excellent host and this home is incredible! He responded quickly and answered all of our questions. The home has a great location and lots of useful amenities! We loved it!

It's very well kept. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable. The location is excellent, one block from the beach, all nearby, even with delivery service if you don't want to go looking. El Cuyo is an exceptional village, friendly people, with identity and belonging therefore keep its streets intact, its white sand beach and very clean. Unparalleled tranquility and security if you want to spend a few days resting with your family. We will be back and obviously we will do it with Yenni and Sergio at the Villa of the Grandparents.

I received very good service from Lucia, apart from the best recommendations she gave me to visit the area, the place was super spacious, more than enough for a first trip with my children, a kitten and a puppy, who by the way loved the size of the patio! I highly recommend it, my family was very happy!😄

A perfect location, right on the beach where you can hear the sound of waves. Restaurants are nearby where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is rustic and very functional.

Johaness was an excellent host. Made check in & check out easy. Responded promptly when we had an issue and fixed it within hours. It's super close to the beach. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

An incredible paradise to rest and enjoy the tranquility and nature, as well as an incredible sea and sand. The accommodation is excellent and the host's attention is impeccable. Recommended for families or for one person.

Cecilia is a wonderful host and the apartment is better than the pictures. we really enjoyed our stay and when we had slight hiccups Cecilia did her best to accommodate us. I have stayed on the island in the center, but this side offers more tranquility and privacy. you feel as if you have a private beach. the only downside is always having to request taxis, there's not much withing walking distance on the main roads so keep that in mind if booking. Bikes are available for a charge, but we were 4 and there were only 2 bikes. our favorite part was enjoying fruits and drinks on the rooftop watching the sunset. it truly was a magical spot and we will be booking here again.

What made our stay really memorable was the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, assisting us in coordinating a private dinner with a chef who delighted us with local cuisine and they also helped arranging our travel plans. Also, it is just a short 15-minute ride to the stunning island of Holbox, another slice of PARADISE, and the nearby Five Cenotes provided an adventure that was both thrilling and refreshing. This place is a destination of its own. Perfect for friends and family.

This place is really special. This is an artfully crafted home on a beautiful property in a lovely quaint, town. We stayed here as a family of four and enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of bigger towns. Great communication by the hosts and very nice breakfast in the morning. It's located on the edge of town, so you can walk wherever you want but it feels remote. We saw toucans every morning, along with other colorful birds. We would definitely come back here.

We had such a wonderful time at Polita tiny home! The tiny home was tucked out of town, but easy to walk to town in about 20 minutes or rent bicycles nearby. Peru was always helpful and super responsive, he even shared a couple of his favorite beers with us. The space was cozy and we had everything we needed. It was especially nice that Peru provided ample drinking water! We had the pool to ourselves and had an afternoon/evening swim almost daily! One slight negative is that there were some mouse droppings around (daily) so we were diligent with washing our dishes before using. Overall very very happy with our Holbox visit staying at Polita :)

great place. the private pool and the view are amazing. the apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. the sofa bed is uncomfortable, I wouldn't suggest the place for 5 people but only 4. communication with host and manager are great and they provide good recs. easy check in and check out. location is good (far from city center - which is what makes it cool)

Mónica's home was lovely and my friends and I had a great time there. Kevin, the caretaker, was extremely responsive and we loved chatting with him in the mornings while he made delicious smoothies. Mónica and Kevin also made travel to and from the island/Cancun airport extremely easy and had great recommendations for Holbox. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

From the moment we stepped off the ferry to the moment we left 7 days later, our hosts made certain we were always happy including tours, cabs, and great restaurant recommendations. Jose and Mia went out of their way to share their knowledge of the island and connected us with wonderful local people. We highly recommend a stay at Atenea Holbox and will be back with our families and friends! Viva La Mexico!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house was absolutely fantastic, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The thoughtfully designed spaces made it feel both cozy and luxurious. My entire family loved the experience – from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the unbeatable beach access. It was the perfect location for making cherished memories. Mario was incredibly helpful, and the staff (cleaners and cooks) were excellent! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Villa de los Abuelos. The photos match the description. The location was very calm, quiet and in walking distance of the beach and many great cafes and restaurants. We had the villa mostly to ourselves and fit 3 people in our room very comfortably. Yenni was very understanding about us arriving a bit later than expected and was helpful in getting us fresh supplies when needed. The rooftop was wonderful for enjoying our dinner and Sergio was also very kind. I would stay here again and El Cuyo is a wonderful spot to visit.

The cabins are very nice and are as shown in the photos, the location is ideal because it is a few steps from the beach, the pool is also a plus. Gustavo was very helpful at all times, we will definitely return.

All summery very good ! The very nice place with pool included and relaxation areas. a couple of blocks from the beach. it has comfortable beds and private bathroom. Very nice place and cozy. I selected a cabin with TV and I didn't have that detail alone. Enjoy a massage which costs apart as well as the temazcal. would gladly return in my next view to the whose ! ;)

Ivan and Elena's place is a slice of paradise in paradise!!! The level of cleanliness is outstanding. All the amenities in the kitchen are fairly new and work perfectly. We cooked most of our stay and the kitchen is equipped with everything once could need. The outdoor pool is the perfect size for a couple or a couple with a young child. Their place is a 3-minute walk to the beach! The palm trees that overlook the property give you the most relaxed vibe ever! It is perfect! The pool area and the deck has tables, chairs and hammocks, amazing for a lazy afternoon sipping on cocktails or cold Mexican beers! If you are thinking about booking Ivan and Elena's place, stop thinking and go on to book, as you will not regret it! The hosts are extremely pleasant and communicative. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants in the town. Starlink Wi-Fi works perfectly. I would only recommend them to install an AC unit in the main living room as there is only one in the bedroom. Loved it!!

The location is stunning, quiet, and surrounded by natural beauty, and the cabin is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and nourishing stay. The host was incredibly helpful — checking in to make sure all of my needs were met and offering great recommendations for the area. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with the strong water pressure and consistent hot water (a rare and welcome treat in many places!), as well as the comfort of the bed and the thoughtful touches in every corner of the space. All of the amenities were top-notch, making it easy to feel right at home. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to friends who plan to visit the area. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish!
