Monthly Rentals in El Alambique Beach

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

Perfect for the basic essentials , it’s a room with a TV and Wi-Fi , a small refrigerator & microwave / running water / cold AC / a very nice roomy bathroom / hot water in bathroom / he provides towels which is great / not many outlets but it’ll do ! A lot of police patrolling area which makes you feel safe / beach is a walk away , restaurants all on the Main Street , very convenient parking behind Walgreens at a bargain price ($5 every time you park in it) very good locks at the entry of hallway and room for safety measures, next time I’m in San Juan , I will definitely be back.

I loved staying at Ana's place. She and her husband Angel were both welcoming and knowledgeable. They made me feel at home in their apartment. Angel met me in person and handed me the keys. He also showed me around the building and how to get in and out of the pool and the access to the beach. The AC is amazing. The apartment is spacious and feels like a home. I spent many mornings and evenings on the balcony writing and enjoying the view. I highly recommend this apartment. Traveler's tip - bring good ear plugs. It's a touristy area and it gets loud at night but ear plugs will help a lot. Thank you, Ana and Angel for a wonderful stay in your apartment. I will keep in touch!

The place was perfect for me and my husband. it was spacious and the view was to die for. awesome views in the morning and sitting on the deck at night u can hear the ocean. loved it. didn't rent car since we have been in PR before and wanted to lay back a little. close to bars, food and casino. Uber not too expensive to see places. would definitely come back to Chloe place.
