The cottage is suitable for a couple, solo adventurers, families (with children) and pets. A conveniently and centrally located Summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna. ( on request)in winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes you are on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces . The cottage has been totally renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Cozy and very spacious vacation home with a lovely garden. Located in the quiet, old village center, but completely free. You can hear the birds here, enjoy the flowers. Centrally located, but wonderfully quiet. Parking is available on private property. We are happy to help and advise you. Ideal for a nice relaxing vacation, but there is also so much to do now for the sports enthusiasts. And you still have to work, at the spacious kitchen table with good wifi you sit wonderfully.

Wonderful holiday home near you, beach and city center

A cozy holiday home perfectly located near the beach (200m), the dunes (25m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300m). The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. From the sunny terrace you enter the living room through a spacious hall. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen. From the hall you also enter the room on the first floor with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and closet.

The Polar Bear House is a regimented and child-friendly cottage in Oudeschild. Cross the Waddenzeedijk and you are in the lively harbor of Oudeschild in no time. Here you can enjoy fresh fish, take a trip on a shrimp scooter or sail to sandbanks where seals rest. Within walking distance you will find museum Kaap Skil, a supermarket, bakery and various restaurants. Bird lovers can indulge themselves at the Vogelboulevard. In short: an ideal base for exploring Texel!

Detached holiday home on the border of Egmond aan Zee. The beach at 1500 meters. WIFI, enclosed parking. Maximum for 4 people (2+2). Almost everything has been renewed in recent years. Digital TV with various, German, French, English and Arabic channels. Ideal base for beach, dune, city; but above all enjoy! ..and as the guests say: spotless! In July and August we only rent out saturday - saturday. Non-smoking holiday home and pets not allowed.

The private summer house has a living room with well-equipped kitchen equipped with oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle and nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs is the bedroom with made up queen bed and size ensuite with towels. Of course, you can make use of the free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is located in Katwijk aan Zee, steps from the beach and dunes. The shopping center, terraces and restaurants are also within 5-minute walking distance
