The Old Barn is at the far end of a long wing of a lovely family farmhouse just outside a rural village in the stunning landscape of North Dorset. Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. Historic sites, excellent walking routes and many country pubs are easily accessible. The house is in a tranquil 4 acre plot with lovely views from your personal raised sundeck. All within walking distance from Tisbury village and train station.

Our double height wood and stone barn directly opposite our house is found at the end of a long private drive in lovely Dorset countryside. A very comfortable 5ft bed, woodburning stove and pretty views, a perfect relaxing and cosy retreat. Easy access to lots of interesting places. Guests can play tennis and croquet. The Barn sleeps two adults. Ample parking directly next to Barn. Please note the Barn unsuitable for children and infants. NB There are no shops or pubs within walking distance.

Ideal for both families and small groups of friends.There is ample off road parking in front of the property. Sitting and eating areas on the veranda and a large lawn for children to run and play. Perfect for rest, relaxation and as a base to explore the South West and the English Countryside. Or simply sit on the veranda and enjoy our amazing views and visiting wildlife.

The perfect getaway to refresh and unwind in the stunning countryside of north Dorset. Two comfortable single beds, fully equipped kitchen, shower and space to chill inside and out. Completely secluded away from any hustle and bustle and ample space to park your cars. Flossy is perfect for all year round getaways. Get cosy in the winter months, or, open the doors in the warmer months to enjoy a coffee on the balcony whilst listening to the birds and taking in the unspoilt views.

Ansty, Tisbury - Spacious countryside getaway

PLEASE NOTE: The annex has 2 double bedrooms which need to be booked separately. Each double bedroom sleeps 2 guests, so to use both rooms please select 3-4 guests. If one double room is booked the other will be locked and not used. Our bright and sunny annex has 2 spacious double bedrooms with 2 superking size beds that can also be split into 4 single beds if requested. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower.

And relax…! Enjoy a break and unwind in our peaceful garden room. Or, if you would rather be active, head out by foot or by bike to explore the forest. Stourhead NT house and gardens are within walking distance with its cafes, gallery and farm shop. There are 3 country pubs within 1.5 miles which all do meals. Stonehenge, Gold Hill in Shaftesbury, Frome, Bath and Sherborne are all great trips out. Dogs welcome.
