Two nights at Lu and Dan's place. The family are very welcoming and friendly. Having read all the reviews about "Lu's excellent breakfast", we were so looking forward to it, especially as we had a back-to-back appointments the next day. However, upon arrival, Lu told us "no breakfast." she did not want to do breakfast anymore! I was not informed about this during my communication with Dan, and we were rather disappointed as we had to spend time dashing out the next morning looking for somewhere to eat. This aside, we still highly recommend this place which is clean, quiet and comfortable. The bonus also the fact you can park your car right outside your window!

Perfect for a couple or solo getaway for the weekend, well maintained and a 2 mins walk on to the beach. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay, very close and convenient access to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and lots of other lovely places nearby. Easy access and instructions, with some nice biscuits and milk left for guests (if we weren't vegan we'd have snaffled them up). My only recommendation if using the parking spot is to check the size of the space, you may have an issue if your vehicle is particularly large.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Elizabeth’s place while attending a wedding down the road. The annexe is very comfortable and tastefully appointed with everything needed for a short break, and at an excellent price. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but got two good nights’ sleep! Will definitely look to come back to enjoy some walking/local pubs. Elizabeth is very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

This was the perfect location for my needs. The accommodation is clean, warm, cosy and situated in beautiful countryside yet close enough to all major routes. Catherine was a fantastic host with clear, friendly and timely communications with no request or suggestion left unanswered. I only wish I could have stayed longer,

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was exactly as described. It was nice and quiet, you were able to easily walk to the beach and the shops if you wanted to. A nice touch was the bread, milk, cereal ,orange juice ,tea and coffee that was waiting for you on arrival. We met Pete and Sam who were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights for an event in nearby Goodwood. Beautiful location, so quiet. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Perfect for our stay, would definitely recommend and stay again! 5*

We were a party of 4 adults and our little dog. The lodge was clean, tidy and very well equipped making our short stay very comfortable. There are numerous pubs and restaurants with in easy walking distance. If you did fancy a day out on the train the station is only a few hundred yards away. Sarah’s communication was excellent before our stay and she was very welcoming when we arrived.

Very comfortable and clean ground floor garden flat in a peaceful location within a few minutes walk of the centre of Goring and the riverside. The 2 stretches of lawn to the side of and in front of the front door of the flat are for the sole use of guests so there’s lots of private space to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine and the calming sounds of the birds. Nicola was proactive, responsive, kind and thoughtful. The perfect host! I would be happy to stay here again.

Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

A comfortable stay, kitchenette handy. A short walk to the centre of Storrington for Waitrose or pub. Friendly hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is compact but so well thought out and Angie makes everything easy and welcoming (tea, coffee,milk, granola, toiletries etc). The bed was very comfy. As the weather was lovely we were able to enjoy the outside space. Parking was welcome and it was an easy walk into the centre.

Perfect hosts! Just what we needed for 4 days in London. Bed was comfortable, everything worked well, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Andreas & Kozan responded brilliantly when we had a little issue. They were extremely positive and keen to look after us as well as they could. Many thanks!

We visited for a birthday trip to the surrounding vineyards (Wiston & Kinsbrook) - Christopher was super responsive and friendly and even accommodated an early check in to support our lunch/tasting! The air bnb is as pictured in a nice, peaceful location surrounded by the countryside (our ideal). The host also provided a guest book with great recommendations for local breakfasts etc. As someone from Sussex, it's a great base to explore the local countryside, South Downs and numerous vineyards!

Had a wonderful stay at this annex Airbnb. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, and there were lots of small things that made our stay easier. The area is very quiet but close to bus stops and a good coffee shop. We felt very safe. We were able to take the bus into the center of Kingston and to Richmond easily. The place is well appointed as well. Definitely recommended!

This really is an idyllic spot. While attached to the owners house, it feels private. The barn itself is very tastefully done and was a larger space than I’d anticipated. The garden area with seating is pretty and our dog enjoyed herself exploring away. It’s off the beaten track in a very picturesque spot ideal for great walking. The owners (who we briefly met & who were helpful & polite) have been upfront about the state of the road leading to the property. In reality, it’s only the hill part of this which is ‘testy’ if you don’t have an SUV/4WD (& we don’t). We decided from day 2 to park the car in Houghton - if you come out of the property, turn right, it’s a 2 minute walk to Houghton. Very close to the start of this public path in Houghton on the main road is public off road parking for a couple of cars. This worked for us but obviously it’s public parking and you can’t guarantee a space & it’s at the owners risk. All in, we had a lovely couple of days - thank you!

On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

A perfect bolt hole right in the centre of Romsey. Stylish, comfortable and oeaceful. Loved the courtyard for my morning cuppa. I stayed just two nights but wished I could have had longer. Friends have also booked this place and highly recommend it. Felt relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Martyn for your attentive yet discreet hosting.

The perfect place! We were going to a wedding nearby and Mark gave us a lift there on Saturday morning, and helped us book a taxi for the way back. Jemma showed us round The Snug, complete with G&Ts, milk and snacks. She also booked us a table at the pub because, it being folk weekend, it was busy. Both Jemma and Mark couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was super comfy; we slept really well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed 2 nights, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The welcome brownies were yummy and the milk in the fridge was a life saver as we forgot to bring any! Looking to stay next year as we go to Dogstival and it was an easy drive to Burley. Lymington is a lovely dog friendly town with great cafes and pubs. Milford on Sea is good for a long walk along the beach with a view of the Isle of Wight and the Needles

Cathy & Andy were fabulous hosts. Would 100% recommend. They made everything very easy and comfortable. They were friendly, accommodating and very approachable. Their space is clean, tidy with everything you need. Haven’t got a single thing I can think of that needs improvement! Thanks so much to you both!

Deborah was a lovely host, her air b&b was like a home from home. Very attentive and included things such as milk, bread and a sweet treat. She even left treats for my cat which was above and beyond!

What a beautiful home! We had a lovely long weekend break. Suzi was extremely welcoming and helpful. The offer to check in early was extremely appreciated. The bottle of wine and dog treats left for us was so nice to have waiting for us after a long journey. The property and location were beautiful. A really high quality feel with everything you could need. Having full access to the grounds of the property was a fantastic addition. I would recommend a stay in this lovely property with lovely hosts to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you for a lovely little break away!
