Apartment was superb, more spacious than expected and spotless. Lovely private location, sea views from kitchen and great base to explore surrounding areas. Very helpful guide supplied, host available if needed. Had a great stay, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Catherine’s delightful coach house. It is in an idyllic rural location with country walks alongside fields of horses and alpacas right from the door. Check in was really easy and we found everything we needed in the property. We were even pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the sofa bed was! There is lots to do in the local area. We visited the Portsmouth historic dockyard, Stansted Park (for an open air theatre performance) and Weald & Downland living museum in the 3 days we were in the area. We will certainly be back to explore this beautiful area further.

The Annexe was everything we expected and more with lots of lovely touches eg toiletries, welcome pack, honesty bar, bed linen etc Location was perfect for us as we have relatives nearby, we would be very happy to stay there again and would highly recommend.

Perfect accommodation for a short stay in London. Comfortable and relaxing with plenty of amenities. Clean and tidy. We stayed during a weekend to visit the Chelsea flower show and it was in a perfect location. 10 mins walk from the tube, 10 mins walk to the flower show. We’ve already booked for next year

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Our recent half term week at Little Fisher Farm was just wonderful. The children had such fun in the 3 acre garden! There were so many things for them to enjoy. The swings and zip wire in particular were a huge hit! It was lovely drinking our coffee out in the garden every morning, watching the kids on the swings. The house itself is just beautiful. So homely and with a peaceful vibe. The beds..my goodness! Extremely comfortable and the bed linen was so soft and cool. We will definitely be back. Thank you Andy and Rosie for a wonderful holiday!

Really great value for money; big and spacious enough for four, with 2 comfortable double beds, and Lynn even supplied us with breakfast things! The little courtyard was so lovely to sit outside.

Our second stay at the Salt Shack and it didn't disappoint. We've loved long dog walks on the beach, sea swimming and fossil hunting! This is the prefect place as one of our party has a disability. 😊

We stayed at Paul’s place for a girls long weekend away and it was perfect. The house is fab and a great space for a bigger group. The communal space was perfect for sitting together with a lovely big table for playing games etc. The kitchen was probably the most equipped kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in and again the kitchen amenities were great for a larger group. The house is right next to the pub (which isn’t noisy at all) but if you want a pub within stumbling distance, you couldn’t be any closer. The views from the house are lovely, field and forest from every window and the amount of wildlife you see is great (horses, donkeys, pigs and deers). There are great walks from the doorstep and Lyndhurst only a 10mins drive. Paul was a brilliant host, always quick to respond and he was really informative, as well as checking in that everything was ok during our stay. I would highly recommend a stay at Paul’s place!

We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

If cottages could win awards, this one would be Best in Show (and that’s not just the dog talking). We had a fantastic weekend getaway in this beautiful little gem — think charming country vibes meets spotless interiors. The location was spot-on: peaceful enough to unwind, but close enough to places worth exploring. The garden was a particular highlight — our dog gave it a five-paw rating and probably thinks we bought the place. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and full of great local tips. In short: beautiful place, brilliant hosts, and a four-legged paradise. Highly recommend — and we’ll definitely be back!

We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Amazing apartment and spotlessly clean. Everything there we could have need and Tammy even assembled the travel cot for us. Thank you.

Lovely flat in centre of Brockenhurst, parking a godsend. Everything as described- even down to my husband hitting his head on the sloping walls! Lovely to have two bathrooms. Kate was very responsive in her replies. Great place to stay

It was a pleasure to return to David’s place in Fleet after staying here a couple of times last year. Just as clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared as we remembered. It’s always reassuring to arrive somewhere that feels familiar and well looked after. David remains an excellent host—responsive, reliable, and genuinely welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great peaceful location. Easy access to Windsor, motorway and other local towns. Good size rooms which were bright and well furnished

Charming and comfortable flat. Beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. Possibly not great if you are sensitive to fragrance as diffusers very much present. Gorgeous stay with an attentive detail orientated host

We are just back from our stay at Betsy’s. She has been very responsive and helpful since booking, replying quickly and with answers to all of our questions, with clear instructions for check in. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops that are walkable, as well as the beautiful palace and park and river. We would highly recommend staying here!
