Vacation rentals with a fireplace in East Frisian Islands

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

The house was nicely decorated and clean, very child-friendly and also dog-friendly. You could get to everything easily on foot or within a few minutes by car. The contact with Michael was friendly and you could always reach him. We would come back any time

We had a great time in Dennis' super nice house. Everything is just right in this home. Beautiful layout of the house, perfectly equipped kitchen, great garden, comfortable beds, lots of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts...) and everything is clean. The house just impressed us. The location is also great. Close to the supermarket and nice hiking and biking trails in the area. The communication with Dennis was perfect. He was super responsive to messages. We can 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.

A really beautiful remise, where you can feel at home! Terrace overlooking the countryside, including a diverse bird world! We especially liked the "village" life, without any tourism. Great area, which is great to explore by bike. It's also close to the dike and the Weser! From the property you can watch the large ships on the Weser! If you need peace and really want to unwind, this is the place to be. Conclusion: We will be back!!! Many thanks!

Stan and Nicole's place was everything we expected from it. A cozy living room and nice kitchen. Wonderful bedrooms with soft beds. Plenty of room for our entire family with two big sons. The garden is deep and quiet with a beautiful lawn, very private. The house is just at the end of the village so everything is easy to walk and yet quiet. You are walking and by bike in no time on the beach or the rest of the island. Stan and Nicole respond super quickly and give a clear and friendly answer. Don't miss the fish case around the corner which is excellent and the bike rental case within a minute's walk is definitely the best to use We will definitely be back.

This was such a peaceful and quiet place. The gardens are beautiful. The living space was spacious.

The place was very cozy and idyllic. There was everything you could ever need. Ina even offered us to stay longer on the day of departure, as there were no direct follow-up guests. Overall highly recommended!

Everything was clean well, instructions were also clear. Beautiful house, rise by stairs. Only quite warm in the house, but it was also warm weather +27 degrees. Fridge is perfect, nice ice cubes.

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was easy to find, looked like the photos, and has a well equipped kitchen. It was nice and spacious and well suited for two couples and dog. Very nice, clean house. Bright and friendly. Furnishing style different from the picture . We slept well in the beds and had a nice and unobstructed view of the fields from the WZ. We didn't discover the toaster. Many paths in the park and also the access to our accommodation (350) are muddy depending on the weather ( better with old shoes😉). From House to the water about 10 minutes on foot. We enjoyed it very much!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house, which exceeded our expectations for the third time in a row! The property is perfectly equipped with everything one could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The large, immaculately maintained garden was a highlight of our stay, offering a peaceful retreat where we could relax and enjoy nature. Our group had a very great time at this lovely accommodation. The location directly by the water was relaxing and offered beautiful views. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortably furnished. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We’d definitely consider coming back.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

We were there with a group of 6 people over SIlvester. The house is great, the layout in kitchen/dining area/living room was top. We felt comfortable as a group quickly.

Had a wonderful stay at the Princenhof in Oranjewoud. Elbert will let you know how to get in and responds quickly. The Jagershuis is spacious, private and is wonderfully located in the woods. What peace and space. Other than that, everything is available and just great!

We had a wonderful stay at Margriet’s place. Everything was just as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The apartment had a warm and welcoming feel to it, and we really appreciated the personal touches: Margriet had prepared fresh strawberries, a bottle of Prosecco, and a few local treats for us — such a kind gesture that made us feel at home right away. We really enjoyed spending time on the water — using the SUPs and kayaks was definitely one of the highlights. The area is calm and relaxing, a great spot to take a break from the everyday. One thing to be aware of: you can’t park directly at the accommodation, so you’ll need to carry your things a short distance. But there are pull carts available, which help a lot — and it’s absolutely manageable. Communication with Margriet was easy and pleasant throughout. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Thanks again for everything!
