A really lovely place, and a great stay.

An incredible experience. I was in the city because a family member was admitted to hospital. I reached out to Suzanne short notice. She ensured that unit was ready same day. Suzanne's Airbnb and hospitality exceeded our previous experiences. The fenced-in yard had wind chimes and lights that came on at night and a creek behind the yard. My two dogs were welcome and spent all sorts of time outdoors. When my family member was discharged they were able to meet and play with Suzanne's delightful dog Nexus. The unit was extremely well set up, with a gas fireplace, a beautiful living space, and a lovely bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional and stocked (an unexpected surprise). Suzanne went out of her way to ensure that I had what I needed, and when my family member arrived that their experience was one of comfort, joy, and peace. We highly recommend Suzanne's Airbnb, and can only express once more our gratitude to her and Nexus for their hospitality at so stressful a time.

The check-in was simple and flexible to align with travel plans! The accommodations were cozy and pet-friendly and offered anything you might need! The bed was also very comfortable! The location was private but very convenient…would definitely recommend!

Three of us had a wonderful wintery stay in early February. The house was great--cozy and comfortable with an incredibly well stocked kitchen and an epic bathtub! We took advantage of the gorgeous private sauna every single day and even had a bonfire one night at dust. The proximity to Lake Superior is another plus--as soon as you step outside the house you can hear the waves from the shore! Deidra was a wonderful host. She provided so many recommendations for the North Shore and even offered an early check in since the house was not occupied the night before our arrival. The snacks, welcome note and local gifts (wine, cider, maple syrup and pancake mix) made us feel welcome and appreciated. We hope to stay again in the summer when we can spend even more time outside enjoying the lake.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Superior retreat while volunteering and spectating at the John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and provided easy access to key race spots like the checkpoint Sky port, Otter Lake road crossing, and the Grand Portage finish. It was also an easy drive to Grand Marais for dining and exploring. The cabin is a perfect mix of rustic charm and comfort, with stunning lake views and cozy in-floor heating. After long days out in the cold, it was the perfect place to warm up and unwind. Tiffany was an excellent host—extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property’s history, nearby Hovland Dock, and surrounding trails make this a special place for any North Shore adventure. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to relax and explore this beautiful area!

Our group had plenty of space and comfortable arrangements to make ourselves at home. Centrally location in Two Harbors allowed us to walk around town and access everything conveniently and quickly.

The accommodations were very comfortable and conveniently located. We brought our mountain bikes and Chad helped us secure them when we weren't using them which was nice and appreciated. Located on Highway 61 but the traffic and noise were not a bother, and the proximity to hiking and biking trails (both paved and off-road) were a plus. It might be a little snug if you have more than two people and spend a lot of time inside, but my partner and I were very comfortable and easily made ourselves at home. I am not a coffee drinker but she is and said the options Chad provided were very tasty. The space is newly remodeled and it sounds like Chad is continuing to finish things off in terms of trim, etc., but as it sits now we found it to be very cozy and relaxing. We would definitely book again or recommend to friends staying in the area. Thank you, Chad!

Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were unable to take advantage of all the amenities as our stay was short unfortunately. Very historical feel as soon as you walk in. A binder with great information was provided. Our stay was so relaxing I wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with Nadine was easy and clear. The small touches made us feel more welcomed and they were appreciated.

Beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet location right on Lake Superior and totally surrounded by nature. Jason’s thorough communications were much appreciated. We’d love to visit again!

This was the best AirBNB experience we’ve ever had! The unit is pristine and you can’t beat this view of Lake Superior. The wood burning fireplace also makes it very cozy. We had a few minor issues and Jeremiah was incredibly responsive. The building is a little dated, don’t get your hopes up on the amenities, but the unit itself is wonderful. This was my husband’s first time to the North Shore, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We cannot wait to come back. This place was great. We stayed during ski season and it worked perfectly, it seemed like it would be a great spot to stay during the summer, as well. Abby & Zach responded immediately to our lone question. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect and the views are amazing. Super comfortable, well equipped and convenient. The open kitchen/living room/dining room is sheer heaven. We sat in the front room and gazed out at Lake Superior, feeling so lucky to be there.
