The place had a great charm and fit perfectly with the surroundings. Roger was extremely polite and very accommodating. We. had absolutely nothing to complain or complain about. The kids were also very excited. The immediate vicinity to the dyke has rounded it off wonderfully.

A very cozy apartment with ample parking and we were able to park our bicycles in the barn. Hot tub and sauna are heated with wood and so you have to plan 4 hours for the hot tub if you heat it up for the first time. The next day, it's much faster. The water is changed on request. The sauna takes about 1 hour to heat up. We felt very comfortable at the place. We especially enjoyed the tranquility. Everything you need is there, although: A clothes rack would be good and a larger bowl for salad in the kitchen. (But that's complaining at a high level ;-) ) Harlingen is about 10 km by bike and Franeker is about 16 km. Everything is easily accessible by bike. The hosts are super nice and helpful.

Had a perfect stay for a few days. We wanted a weekend of chill and that's what we got :) Sauna and hottub were fantastic for relaxing, especially after a nice walk in the forest. That's all actually! Everything was in order and as expected. Recommended spot for calming down.

We greatly enjoyed the stay in Woodland Welness. Super cared for and clean, clearly careful attention has been paid to the maintenance of the chalet. Also great that details such as the presence of bathrobes, sauna oil, etc. have been thought of. Quite extensive range of kitchenware. Park Wildrijck is quiet and plenty to do for children (playgrounds, swimming pool, bouncy cushion, etc.) and nice that there is a restaurant that can be used. Also, the kids had fun from the (free) go-karts/tractor. Convenient that you can rent bicycles as well. In short, we lacked nothing! Thank you so much for the nice days.

As a family with 3 young children, we had a wonderful stay in your cottage. The house is clean and equipped with every comfort, especially the games room with toys and also a playhouse in the garden was very popular! The sauna is lovely and we have also made good use of the DVD collection! Communication with Marten and Brigitte was excellent, a problem with the bathroom was quickly resolved. There is a lot to see in the area and the park is wonderfully quiet. As far as we are concerned, highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay with Barbera and Jurjen. Due to the orientation of the cottage, you have the idea that you are staying all alone in the middle of nature. In the morning, you wake up to the stork of the storks on their nests, and in the morning sun you can enjoy the peace, quiet and beauty of the area. Earnewald is within walking distance of the cottage and offers the much needed amenities. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. We had a great stay at Steffen's. The house was equipped as described, which we have rarely experienced so far, so we felt very comfortable. The kids went on a journey of discovery and found plenty to keep themselves wonderfully busy. We were in the house for almost 2 weeks right before Easter and we didn't get bored. Most restaurants etc. were already open at least on weekends. Only the boat tours start after our departure on April 19th. (as info for successors who want to travel in the same period... :-)) Steffen responded super quickly and looked for solutions to problems and always had some ready. Thank you so much! We wish you continued wonderful guests who appreciate your gem and treat it well. Maybe see you next time! :-)

There were four of us (children 2 and 7 years old) on vacation here. The apartment is well equipped, located in a quiet hotel complex. The highlight of every day was the swimming pool! You're there in a minute, just great for kids! The surroundings are magical, Hollum is a wonderful little place and the sea is of course unsurpassed. You can park the car and bicycles right outside the door. All in all highly recommended!

The living room is furnished with two dark leather sofas and a wooden coffee table. A large wall painting with earthy tones is displayed above. Natural light enters through glass doors, which open to a patio area, enhancing the bright and open feel of the space.

The house is really good, amazing ameneties, I would expected having bed linen and towels(offered at 12.50 pp), but other than that the place, house and host were great, clean and the atmosphere is amazing

We had wonderful relaxing days. The view and the balcony is amazing. Super clean apartment. Everything present. Nice host. Good value for money. Definitely worth repeating.

Melissa was very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was super nice and sufficient for us as a small family. The lighthouse, beach and small town of Hollum were within walking distance. We recommend exploring the island by bike as everything is really quick to reach. We definitely recommend the accommodation and will also be happy to come back.

We stayed in this lovely cottage for a week in early April. It is located on a marina, surrounded by water and meadows, we enjoyed the wide view and sat a lot in the wind-protected seating area. Overall, the weather was much better than expected, and when it got cold, the oven made the living room very cozy for us. The house is large, beautiful and functionally furnished, with eight people we had enough space. We will be happy to come back!
