Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty you step up the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all comforts. You can stay well with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed, but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is also available, of course. And especially a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.
