Monthly Rentals in Duxbury Beach

This studio was lovingly decorated, very clean, and exactly as descibed. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The location worked well for us to explore the surrounding area. Duke's restaurant across the street was very convinient (4/5 meal there), but don't miss Mae's sandwich shop down the street! Since this is a unit in a building with other tenants there was some noise from neighbors and their pets, but the space still felt quite private. Melanie was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. 9/10!

Compact space, comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to everywhere. Enjoyed a one night stay and will certainly stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Katie’s property. Everything was spotless and had all the essentials for a very comfortable stay. The location was great to the beach and local shops/restaurants. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others!
