This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
