Matt was great, answered questions quickly before we arrived and was really helpful with recommendations. the house was just as described and even better than it looks in the photos, especially the view from the big window and the conservatory. We will certainly book again.

We stayed here last minute and despite this, the property was ready for us to go into at check in. It was spotless and had all you needed for an overnight stay. A trip to the shop for milk if needed for drinks is my only recommendation before you arrive. The hosts were responsive to any questions and on meeting them, they were very friendly. We would stay again if we needed a place in the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location for Bodmin Gaol and Lanhydrock house. Good parking.
