House vacation rentals in Dunlap

We rented Diana's place for a girls' trip (8 of us). The location was perfect, about 12 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, and minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in St. Elmo. The house was thoughtfully decorated and designed- super spacious for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area with the clean pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would absolutely recommend!

Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. We look forward to coming back to our TN abode our next time in Chattanooga! Thank you, Amy!

We absolutely loved this place. It was even better than the pictures. The decor was amazing and fun. I loved all of the fun paintings and artwork throughout the house. It was spacious, with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The 3rd-floor patio was super cool. We loved the proximity to the riverwalk and we took advantage of that and rented bikes and rode several miles one day. It was a short drive to the Convention Center and downtown as well as really close to Lookout Mountain and other restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to others. Jenna was very responsive and helpful, though we had no issues during our stay. Worth the money!

We loved our stay here. Great for a large group! We loved the views of the mountainscapes and sunsets. The hot tub and fire pit table were a hit. While the surrounding neighborhood may not have been traditionally "touristy," we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and felt safe. We had an issue with gate and, even once we fixed it, Jeremy still stopped by to ensure it was working. He and Brittney were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again!

Location was quiet and had ample space for our family. Having to walk upstairs to the bedrooms might be a challenge for someone but they also provided an air mattress. Will definitely book here again.

My favorite Air BnB stay to date!!! Teresa and Mike were wonderful hosts! They provide everything you need to feel right at home. The location was great for visiting Chattanooga but far enough away from the city to have some peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy! I highly recommend and plan to stay again if we ever visit the area again!

Kari’s house and every home in the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved driving around on the golf cart and looking at the homes. The marina was super close and the golf cart made it easy to get back and forth from the house to the water. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious. I highly recommend this stay!

Great place to stay. Super clean, private, quiet, amazing kitchen.

A member of our travel party has significant fragrance allergies. They removed all scented products from the house, laundry was washed with unscented detergent, and even the hand soap didn't make her break out. They were very nice to deal with, the house was clean, and I have no complaints.

The house was very nice and well kept. Perfect for our little vacation and my dog loved playing in the yard. Everything we needed was there.

We had a great anniversary weekend at The Nest. Everything we wanted to see and do was within driving distance and the house was relaxing.

We have enjoyed our stays at all of Kristi’s properties - this is our third stay and it did not disappoint! So much attention to every detail, we always have fun exploring all the hidden treasures in each spot. We will be back!

Sandy was marvelous. Very helpful. Her darling barn bnb was the cutest ever. She left us drinks and snacks. I especially enjoyed the horses and burro. I loved her rooster as well.

Best part of our trip was coming back to the Happy House. it was so comfortable for us and our 2 dogs!

It was very charming and comfortable and clean! I had hoped to meet and talk with Shawn, but we were very limited on time so it did work out this time. We were very pleased with our experiences.

Everything was perfect and just as described in the listing. The space was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for three adults and one child. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home, fantastic hosts, fantastic location. Everything about this place is what you could hope for when traveling. Darcy provided snacks, fresh farm raised eggs, and fresh sourdough bread. I’m a hiker and this place was centrally located for multiple amazing waterfall hikes. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Darcy was very proactive And provided so much helpful information. Her guidebook is something every host should provide. It made it very simple for me to plan my days. This place is private and peaceful and the hot tub is amazing too. It’s also a 90 minute drive to Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Highly recommend and can’t wait to make my next visit. The homes at Mountains Ledge are cozy, clean, and have great amenities. I stayed in Little Rock City with my girlfriend for her birthday and we loved it! The view is spectacular, the bed was huge, and the hot tub was just perfect. On top of that, I asked for help decorating the home with rose petals and balloons to surprise my girlfriend and they went above and beyond! They decorated the home with petals, balloons, a happy birthday sign, a birthday card, and even got a themed birthday cake! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and accommodation. I would recommend Mountains Ledge to anyone looking to get away for a trip and is looking for a peaceful place with an amazing view!

Our stay here was very peaceful and relaxing. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We were very close to many great hikes and waterfalls, and 30 minutes from McMinnville with good restaurants. The lake was more like a pond - and not one I'd want to dip even my feet into - but charming nonetheless. The area is very quiet and a great getaway to be closer to nature.

A very clean place beds were nice. Everything was great. I can say nothing bad about the place. Only good things. I would definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Donna's spectacular home in Dunlap, and it was perfect for our work trip. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a large kitchen that was wonderful for cooking meals. Each bedroom was incredibly comfortable and came with its own bathroom, providing a great level of privacy and convenience. Donna's attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with extra little touches that made us feel truly welcome. It's clear that she goes above and beyond for her guests! Truly a magical place! Relaxing and peaceful right on the water. My husband and two dogs had the best getaway with the best view of the lake around (right from the living room and bedroom!). Highly recommend. Private and only 20 min from anything you would ever need.
