Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Fully furnished with all new furniture! This home hosts a large master bedroom & bathroom on the main floor. The 2nd floor hosts 3 bedrooms and a loft office with a ready to use printer. There is breakfast area, dining room, 6 people patio dining set for anytime you feel like enjoying an al fresco meal. The home is close to exit 107 off of I-85, shops, restaurants & 18 miles north from downtown Atlanta.

Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment in Duluth, Georgia! Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled stay! Also, please know that we understand that noise maybe a constant frustration to guest, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is very limited! Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. No onsite parking available.
