A perfect place to be quiet in a natural setting. The cabin has a very California wabi sabi vibe. All details in design and furnishings are high taste and high quality. The neighborhood has a natural feel, oaks all round. Birds flourish. I checked out the dawn chorus every morning to hear the first birds. It might be the Bewick’s wren, oak titmouse, spotted towhee, lesser goldfinch, mockingbird. In my two weeks I saw or heard a total of 74 bird species at the cabin or within short drives. I recommend this spot highly, and Charlie and his wife were perfect hosts.

Enjoyed every moment in Erics place. Super well equipped kitchen, and all other rooms. Quiet place, great view. Great interior and exterior design. Eric was super helpful in all matters, and responsive. Thank you!

Andy’s place was a fantastic launching pad for our day trip to the Channel Islands National Park. We stayed two nights while in the area. The unit is super private and spotless. We especially appreciated how well appointed this home was. There are lots of little touches that made it easy to feel right at home. e.g. lots of hooks and hanging space, a well stocked kitchen, Tupperware (that we used for PB & Js while hiking), excellent appliances. Lots of thoughtful touches made the space very functional. Thank you for a great stay!
